Great service for my passport service. Mistakenly missed my appt by a day but they squeezed me in. Expedited service was faster than expected. Receiving my passport this Friday, 2 weeks exactly from my appt. date. Worth the drive from Dallas!

My husband and I visited this post office for passport appointments. The office had applications available in the lobby so we were able to complete them before our appointments. Ralph was so kind and made the process so simple. You’re the man, Ralph!

Normally I'm ok with our delivery but recently they have been leaving the mailbox open and because it's been raining my mail has been getting wet I would like them to close the mailbox after putting the mail in.

Passport warning: if you are looking to do a walk-in appt at this location beware. The website says 9-12 on Tuesday, that’s a lie. I just drove 30 mins to this location to get my 13 month old daughter a passport. When we arrived at 9:40 they told me they were done taking walk-ins. Apparently the walk-in process starts at 8:30 (not 9:00 like the website indicates) and they only take a handful. Once they meet their quota they send you away. I wish they had been more transparent on their website, especially before I got my child all ready for the appt and drove all the way there.

I got passport appointment for my father last fall, appointment was canceled due to weather which is understandable. I got passport appointment for my mother for this week 10/13/23, the employee said we don’t take passport appointments it will be only picture. My parents were planning international trip soon now next appointment we got is in November right after a month from 10/13.I don’t recommend Blue Ridge location for passport appoints as they don’t take passport appointments.

Cami was the nicest and most hospitable worker I’ve ever have the pleasure of meeting at the post office. She was busy yet so nice helping us get our passports in order. A true asset to that office.

Paid for certified mail!! The Blue Ridge Tx delivery person left slip stating they can’t deliver -twice a- without ever actually going tothe door! my son works from home & has a camera - dogs never barked- so they never once came to the door!! Lazy delivery person- i should get my $ back!Finally postal mgr personally delivered!!
