The reps at this store were rude and acting like I was an inconvenience they were sitting down just talking. It's totally unacceptable if you don't like your job find another place town work.

I thought I had a good experience with setting up a new account here with a young lady. Until I got my first bill and was charged for all kinds of things I didn’t agree too. Was set up for insurance and a premium account. Thankfully the support line helped me delete all it and got my quote lowered to what it was supposed to be.

I went into the store in Boerne recently to switch my service to AT&T after TMobile instituted a policy that auto-pay can only be from a bank account (instead of a credit card). Iris and Isabella at the AT&T store were very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They answered all my questions, set up an account comparable to my TMobile and I even got a free phone in the deal. Great service!

I gave you a (4) instead of a (5) because when asked if there were any incentives offered for bringing and referring people to AT&T, the answer was NO. I feel that there should be a way you guys can reward customers who are transferring their service and bringing people to you to do the same.

Trade in is a scam. Sent my phone received the confirmation for 500 and they credited 250.. 5 days calling the “uncostumer” service and not until I threatened to escale to the BBB is when i got my corresponding credit. Funny thing is hearing on the phone the UsCustomer service guy fighting with the overseas person as they couldn’t understand each other.

Do not go to AT&T Boerne store employees don’t know what there doing what there talking about ,they give u wrong misinformation on phones, my daughter bought her phone at this store the next day her phone was not working she took her phone back to the same store and the guy told her to take it to Samsung to get it diagnosed, makes no sense brand new phone second day not working, I ask the guy if she can switch give her another brand new for the same one he said no , I said it hasn’t been 14 days she had this phone, the phone still not working, I went to the leon springs store and the guy said why didn’t they just give her another one same one she has I told him what they told her and me this guy, he said that’s not right I told the guy I regret it I should of gotten the phones over here that I know what there doing, beware young girl black hair Hispanic she not skinny she is new, she will drop your phone ,did to mine phone my phone didn’t have a case she ding my phone, she told my little one not to say anything to me u didn’t see it who says that to a little girl, I didn’t noticed until I got home I’m having problems with my phone.

Have to say I was blown away at how terrible this location was.Went in to buy a new phone, 3 groups were in front of me waiting to be seen with only 1 employee actually working. Despite the line, the woman being "helped" was already done with her transaction and decided to make everyone wait an extra 20+ minutes to chat/flirt with the far younger associate. The associate did not try to end the conversation and instead fully engaged in it.When I finally got to the front a manager was assisting me and recommended the new Samsung S23 Ultra. I asked how much more the maximum storage model was (512 gb) and he lied to me stating that it's the same price as the base model, $1,200. Another manager informed me at a later date that the original manager lied and that $1,200 is the upgraded price and that the promotion only applied to the 256 gb model.When I purchased the phone from the 1st manager, he was supposed to have it shipped to the store but the manager entered an address that doesn't even exist and the package became locked by UPS. I informed the manager of his mistake and asked him to fix it, for which he refused and said that I have to do it and it's my responsibility to fix his mistake.I called UPS and they'd informed me that the package was locked by the seller so only the seller can change the address afterall.I called the manager again and he wanted me to wait for the package be returned to the seller and then buy the phone again. I told him to call UPS and fix it and he informed me that he could not, then said he tried to get AT&T corporate to do it and that they refused.He then came up with what he thought was a brilliant solution of me driving all the way to the UPS facility to pick it up myself from deep San Antonio, about 1.5 hours away each way. I told him that I'm not driving 3 hours for something I paid to be delivered to me and since it was his mistake for him to go do it. He refused and told me I need to wait until the phone is returned.It has been nearly a month now, still no phone, no refund, and still no customer service at all.

Everyone was nice and professional here. Joseph, the manager, assisted me during my visit. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He thoroughly explained my options for upgrading and selecting the best device.

The manager was too busy polishing his nails I guess to take care of his customers and train his employees ! Go to any store but this one with AT&T doesn't look like too many of them are much better !! Go anywhere else people LOL! Oh my God I just read Steven G's review he has pretty much same opinion! LOL
