I came in to change my name and when “Jinkie” was asked to assist me the let out THE BIGGEST sigh seemingly annoyed by what I believed to be a simple request. Lame. They denied my request even though I had the documents. So no help. However they did let me use their restroom while the hostess stood outside the door (weird) so I guess not all a loss.

Rude and Slow.... Line of 10 people waiting over 30 minutes to access the one teller. Asked the Branch Manager for help but she was very rude and didn't seem to value my business as a customer. Time to look at other banks

This bank is absolutely terrible. I was astonished today. We waited for one hour so my dad could do a wire transfer with a baby and child. I had to go up to teller line after listening toThe “new relationship banker” show Facebook photos and car pics to another customer the entire time we waited. I was appalled how terrible service my dad was given after being a customer of them for other 30 years. I worked at a local bank in town for 8 years and would have been embarrassed to treat a customer this way! Avoid this place like the plague.

Wanted to cash a check/ set up an account. Was greeted by two rude and miserable women at the front desk. They told me to open an account in Waco Texas? I don’t even know where that is.When we walked out the door she proceeded to talk about me and my boyfriend to her co-worker. Very professional. Wish I caught her name.

The customer service was horrific. My teller at the bank was named May, or Mary (middle aged caucasian lady). First, I walked in and was not welcomed into the bank. Next, I waited patiently for the teller to count money for about 5-10 minutes before I was assisted.Once I told her what I needed (cashier's check), her response (with a very rude tone) was "And you are?". I responded kindly with my name. She then asked me for my identification, but I had forgotten it at my place of employment. I asked if I could present a photo of my ID card, and I was told no (no problem). When I returned with ID, I waited patiently in the line yet again. As I was in the line of about 5 people, I noticed that she did not check a single person's ID card; I also noticed that everyon was properly greeted (strange); and . When it was my turn my ID card was expected yet again. It was very odd that she didn't check it , but rather placed it on the other side of her desk (no scan or anything). Finally, I was questioned on who had endorsed the check that I was looking to convert, and now if I had a business card (ridiculous). It was a terrible experience, and I will never deal with this bank again.

This bank is going down hill fast. No drive thru. One teller. Closing at 4pm. Regular folks cannot bank like this. Good thing Chase has regular hours and a working drive thru. Been with Bank of America for decades. Sorry they are forcing this change on me. I did not want to change banks.

I hope other BoA branch offices are not as dysfunction as this one. If they are striving to be customer NOT FRIENDLY and inefficient, they are succeeding. Closing the drive-through was bad enough. You would think that would free up resources in the lobby. But NO. Today there were SEVEN in front of me and, of course, one teller. Yes, there were other employees not appearing to be doing anything, but they could not help out. Not the first time, either. If not such a pain, I would change banks. Wells Fargo would be a great choice.

REALLY hate that there is no drive thru service at this location. Only bank I've ever seen without a drive thru to service their customers. The folks that work here are super sweet but this and the fact that their hours are almost impossible if you have a job. 9am - 4pm??? 2 thumbs down!

Whoever initially entered this bank in Yelp...it's really 'Bank' of America. Anyway, this is what I call rural banking at its best. I went in on July 3 to deposit a check. We are back to mandatory masks, social distancing, etc. so a guard is on duty to help keep the peace. I get to the teller and she asks what happened to my arm. I tell her the story (she is not concerned with the line of people forming behind me). She tells me about her fear of someday falling down stairs. We laugh. I show her pictures of my black eye. We laugh some more. She doesn't know me from Adam. Then I finally leave. Got a free bottle of water, too.
