Getting to the hotel was strange as we had missed our turn, we weren't expecting it to be off of a side road from the way we came. After arriving, our room was clean for the most part aside from a few stray hairs in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast left a lot more to be desired. It was quiet though, aside from them starting to vacuum at 7 in the morning and blocking the already narrow hallways with their carts and cleaning supplies on the floors. They charged WAY too much for what was offered - we were visiting my husband's family, and admittedly we picked a bad weekend for it - it was the weekend of the total total solar eclipse and we were charged over $400/night for a room. We ended up cutting our stay at the hotel short and staying with his family.
Food & drinks: They have 24 hour juice, coffee, and tea availability for guests in the lobby area. The included breakfast was not that great.

I was there for three days and they didn't come to clean or change the towels or leave toilet paper, a bad cleaning service, I don't recommend it.

I'll start with saying that the staff was absolutely wonderful.
However, before we even fell asleep we noticed something on the face of our sleeping toddler and brushed it away to find it was a bed bug. Upon further investigation we were able to confirm there was, in fact, an infestation and decided we could not continue with the night and had to leave and go to a different hotel.
The night manager was very kind and apologetic about the experience and we were not charged for the night but my suggestion would be to inquire about the status of the infestation before considering a stay at this location.

Rooms: Clean, quiet, fridge, microwave, ironing, showers, TV w/ remote.

Kotex wrapper in the sheets!! The bedding had not been changed!
Manager manboy Jonathan explained the workings of the adult female body to a woman of retirement age when we complained, and said it was "No big deal." .

Actively calling the Boerne health inspection & Best Western Corporate about their branding when we return home.
Noteworthy details: The most disgusting experience in years. Kotex wrapper found in the sheets, bugs in the musty room. Manager Jonathan totally unprofessional.

The rooms were clean. The front desk was very accommodating. I would suggest getting a room on the upper floors, because the ground floor was a bit noisy. The walls are thin, so if you have a neighbor running the TV, you might be able to hear it. But the clientele seemed quiet during our stay. I overhead the staff saying it was at capacity, so all the guests were respectful. We had a pretty quiet night.
Breakfast was a variety of the usual continental fare. Generous condiments, eggs, sausage, muffins, danish, oj machine, waffle maker, fruits, etc.
Close to the charm of downtown Boerne. Close to the Rose Palace (where we went for the weekend).
Overall we had a nice stay.

Rooms are clean and the mattress was super comfortable! It was awesome ! Check in and out was smooth ! Ice machine worked ! And I loved how they had coffee and juice available 24/7! I was able to get coffee for the ride home ! Delicious coffee by the way !
