Fourth of July weekend came and I needed a groom fast for my Baby and I found through a friend referral that Boerne Grooming could get him in last minute when I pulled up I saw a lot of cars it looked full and I didn’t want to overwhelm her but she said she had a spot for my baby and I brought him in and they took him . I asked her how long she said around noon and I dropped him at 9:30 am . and I just sent a courtesy text around 11:30 am checking in because with all the mats and long hair on my baby I thought she would be there all day with my baby . She came back with a text saying done in 10 minutes . I received a courtesy text as well . When I picked up my baby I thought oh it’s gonna be pricy with all the mats and long hair she charged &70.00 I about fell to the floor I couldn’t believe the price amazing and Tannia and her mother did an awesome job they listened to me . Which is big in my book. Great place to go to get the look you want for your baby . I highly recommend this place lovely place

My Pom was ready for her summer cut. This place came highly recommended by several people that I spoke with. Since I am new in the area I decided to give them a try. What a mistake! To start off with when I made the appointment I was told that the grooming price included bath, cut, nail trim, fragrance and bow. My Pom is 15 yrs old and loves to be groomed. That is not what happened. I brought her in and was met by a certainly angry woman. She asked what I wanted. I told her that she needed a summer cut and everything that goes with that. She said so short right? I confirmed but I said not skin short but short. She took my dog and basically tossed her in a tiny cage on the floor. I should have seen a red flag at that point but I figured so many people had raved about the place so there must be something I’m not seeing. I was stunned when I picked her up. You could see fear in her eyes. Her fur looked like it had been chopped off with dull scissors instead of being shaved. They chopped her tail fur with the same scissors. It was all uneven plus they didn’t comb out the mats in her tail. They didn’t even touch her face. I don’t think they even took her harness off because she was all tangled up in it in the tiny cage. I’m going to have to get her done again too soon. They didn’t bathe her either. Then they charged me $64. When I got her in the car there was loose hair everywhere. I had to take her outside and brush all of the hair off so it wasn’t all over my house. I will never go back to them again.

I used to take Tiny to his vet to get his nails trimmed but he wouldn't let them he yelped the entire time. I would have to hold him and after ruining my clothes due to his anxiety I decided to search for a local groomer. He is still uncertain about getting his nails trimmed but is more relaxed than he was at the vets. The ladies take care of him and are prompt they are even cheaper than the local vets in town and no appointment needed they have walk ins They give tiny a snack afterwards and he is content I appreciate them and their friendliness towards my chihuahua

I don't know how they do such good work in such a tiny space but they do! They were very accommodating to my panic over grooming my longhaired dauchsund whose fur picks up every bit of debris in my wildscape yard. They trimmed her long feathers without losing the look I adore!. Thanks guys!

Took Cookie, my miniature schnauzer in for a face, ear and feet trim. This was after I whacked on her trying to get out mats. Tanya (spelling?) did an excellent job. The price was less than half of the other shops I contacted. Thank you for rescuing Cookie from my whack job.
