Have been using the shop for now 2 years. Found Danny to take a practical approach to routine service and maintenance. Had a question on a warning light, pulled into the shop and it was resolved in @ 2 minutes.

DONT COME HERE. my wife’s car was making a strange noise and they found it to be a dead mouse. They removed the mouse from an easy to reach area, did not perform any actual mechanical work and charged us $180 for “labor and services”
What a joke. Going to the dealership is cheaper than coming here.

Liars Lazy, terrible at calling back.. told me my mother's van didn't have an oil leak.. Just rinsed off the motor with a pressure washer.. I picked up the car later from my mother to test it and after just 20 min running it's smoking again.. don't trust these guys. They don't know anything and will just take your money.

Our car was misdiagnosed by Boerne Automotive who said it did not have internal damage and could be repaired instead of replacing the engine. We trusted he knew he was doing and paid him $10,866 to repair the engine. We picked the car up and the engine seized 8 miles down the road after leaving his shop. It had to be towed back to the shop where Lionel Rodriguez said it must be the way it was driven (for 8 miles) and he wanted another $10,500 to replace the engine. So, we are without a car and our $10,866. Any warranty they offered on the misdiagnosed engine or parts is useless because the car now needs an entirely new engine. The car was misdiagnosed and was made worse by the work that was done. It ran when we took it in and now it needs a new engine. Sadly, Mr. Rodriguez/Boerne Automotive are not going to do anything to fix this situation.

Although I didn’t get my car serviced I was about to replace my battery. I am single and don’t have a lot of money. After I told Danny my battery wasn’t that old he advised me to go to VW to see if it was under warranty (I got my battery in 3/23 in Arizona) because it will be way cheaper if I just have to pay for the labor at VW. So I did and it was under warranty. So thank you Danny for not just wanting to service it and take my $. I really truly appreciated the honesty from him!

Tried to change me $500 for an oil change. Reduced it to $325! Come find out the oil change was done incorrectly and my car started leaking. Oil a few months later. I took my car to the dealership and their oil change is $149. Not only did I double pay I also had to get it the oil change redone! Stay away!

The shop has an honest owner and provides the right customer service with correct repairs getting done. He is part of the community and has earned my respect that I am more than willing to support his business. When I go to him for my vehicle repairs, I am confident it will be done properly. He may not be the cheapest, but I feel confident that the owner Dan will look out for me and my vehicle repairs.

The owner of this place Mary is very very unprofessional and she is a racist! My daughter and I went her to rent a truck and she never spoke to us and when she did she said the other guy who was white was in front of us because he was outside hitching when we came in. There was no1 outside when we came in. She had two white men her office when came in. She looked at me and my daughter and said nothing. We got into a verbal argument when I told her she had ignored us. So she got mad and refused to rent us a truck which was fine because I do not spend my money with racist people. If you are not white please do not do business with this person. She is the owner. If you are white and you are not racist please do not do business with this location. We were so disturbed by this women's lack of customer service. BTW I am a black woman.
