They did an amazing job on my vehicle. A big shout out to my service rep Delray Sanchez, he was absolutely amazing, very professional, and extremely helpful. He made sure I was taken care of during and after the completion of my vehicle.

This location and Rudy are two of the worst things I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. They have ruined our SUV, out the wrong parts on it, broke the new parts they replaced and have ran us in circles for more than 39 days. This was a complete nightmare and everyone should avoid this location. They will lie to you over the phone and to your face.

Caliber collision in Boerne is an awesome place to take your Mercedes if you need servicing done. Great staff and punctual with their timeline. I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT, over the top, above and beyond customer service at the Fair Oaks Caliber Collision location. I made an appointment with Leeann Holmstrom to provide an estimate of minor damage to the exhaust pipe of my Lexus. She was friendly, courteous and ON TIME for our meeting. She assessed the damage and told me she could repair RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!! I was totally blown away!!!! This has never happened at an auto body shop I have ever visited. Within the hour, I was on my way and out the door. Everyone in the shop/office was very friendly, courteous, helpful----I felt so welcome as a customer. Caliber Collision has my business for a lifetime and I will be telling all my friends and family to take their business there. THANK you Fair Oaks Caliber Collision----you made my day!!!!!

Amy was extremely pleasant to work with. She kept us informed for each step in real time and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. Though the process took some time to complete, she definitely felt like she was with us through each step of the way and even drove me to work when the car needed to be worked on. 5 stars for Amy!!!
