We adopted a dog a week ago, and it’s like he was always part of the family. We are so happy with him and the process to adopt him was easy and efficient! We love what this pet rescue does for animals and helps the ones adopting to the best of their ability. We will absolutely be adopting more dogs in the future. Thank you for all that you do!

We adopted our sweet pup Pandora from this organization. Very easy and friendly environment / staff! They truly care about placing each pup in a good home. We still donate when we can. You can even volunteer to walk the dogs! My kids enjoyed that!

Charming Pet Rescue is a wonderfully charming place. My surrender was difficult. They took care of both me and pet. Amazing! You can feel their love and compassion. My baby got a great home in 3 days. They literally let me cry on their shoulders.

I have to be honest – I found your response extremely insensitive. Comparing my situation with my dog to a parent trying to reconnect with a child given up for adoption is not only inappropriate, it feels dismissive of the love and bond I had with my pet. My dog was family to me, and while I understand you deal with hundreds of adoptions, for me this is deeply personal and painful.
I wasn’t trying to “drag Hilary through the mud,” I was simply seeking closure and hoping for some compassion. Instead, I was met with a cold policy explanation and now a public message that minimizes my feelings and makes an unnecessary comparison.
I respect the work rescues do, but kindness and empathy should always come first—especially when dealing with people who are already hurting.

The staff are so friendly, and make you feel right at home. They made it so easy for us to find our newest family member I had looked in the city but it was such a different atmosphere. . This facility is well maintained and the staff seems to really like what they do. It gives you a great feeling to know your getting your ( family member) puppy from them. I highly recommend you checking them out.

Such a wonderful organization. Of all the pet rescues I have visited this place is the best. The staff are loving, caring and really take the time and care of every pet. If you are looking to add a fur companion to you family definitely visit this rescue or if you can't definitely donate to help them help others??????
