I took my car after damaging my car at a gas pump. Amazing fix and Darin is an awesome guy. Dent disappeared. I also want to thank Classic Collision for referring me to them who also did an excellent fix after a hit and run on my quarter panel one year ago

I have been using Detail Masters since 2013. Initially a repair facility referred me to them for a skunk that crawled up and died in my air conditioning unit (pew). After they did such a fantastic job with that, I’ve continued to go to them for multiple full car details over the years. There is no better detail shop for quality, value, and a long-lasting detail. And, as some others have mentioned, they are the nicest salt of the Earth people you could ever hope to meet. Jim and Beto are my preferred detailers and the owner, Pat, is just one of a kind. About the friendliest people you could expect to run into and honest as the day is long as we say in East Texas. My first time in today and they went so far beyond what I expected in serving and helping me that I am astounded and I think this is an exceptional place when you need body work or upholstery, or perhaps just a wax and detail job. The man I spoke to was named Beto and he has been doing this sort of thing 35 years so he is experienced and knows how to get the job done.

I detail my car as a hobby, but when I need a surgical detailing of my car I only go to Detail Masters. I have gotten at least six full car details there over the years. They are seriously the best detail shop I have ever used. The owner, Pat, is very friendly and personable, as is their office assistant, Ashley. I recently went there for a paint overspray/full detail and Jim was my detailer. Extremely detail-oriented and the best work I have ever seen. I won't trust my car with any other shop.

This place is a joke I do not suggest going here. My car came back to me with a lot of damages done to it. They did a horrible job on repainting front of car. They said its cause they don't have proper paint booth. Isn't it illegal to paint without proper booth. Just saying. Very shady company.

Horrible place horrible experience. Priced me at 500 dollars to repair my bumper and paint. Ended up costing 1250. The paint doesn't match, ther are runspots, fish eyes and orange peel all over the work they did. They also used Bondo on my plastic bumper. It has already cracked. Had the car back 3 days and it hasn't moved since I got it back. My rear tailight was busted and hanging out when I picked it up. My licence plate light assembly on pass side is broken. My headlights no longer work. They tore up my center console lid, radiator overflow is leaking and was leaking on their property out of nowhere. They are sketchy shady people. When I told mike (manager) that his painter sucked, he agreed. When I asked him why my bumper looked so poorly repaired his answer was that it matches the rest of the car now. All the defects and issues are because the rest of the car isn't perfect. So I paid him 1250 dollars to do the worst paint job ever that he stands by. They are a joke. One employee and mike cussed me out on top of everything. Already contacted better business bureau about them. They were very difficult to deal with. A 3 day job turned into 3 months for a bumper. Do not recommend this business. Would give no stars but it won't let me so they get 1
