Was in town to visit Grandkids- my tires on truck were awful. So I made an appointment online for 4 new tires. This is the friendliest, most courteous and hard working group l've seen in a long time. They were fast and met all my needs 100%. I couldn't be happier with the service, prices and quality that I received. I highly recommend the Discount Tire in Boerne!

A friend of mine called me to help her change her tire and install a donut. We took it to Discount in Beorne and the staff treated her with the upmost respect.
Official recommendations were given in the most courteous manner.
The staff patched her bad tire, reinstalled it, and put everything back in the trunk exactly how it was.
And to top it off, they did not charge her one penny.
Much gratitude to the gentleman that helped out that day.

I've always had stellar service at this Discount Tire, and today was no exception. After striking out at the first tire shop (they didn't have tires for my SUV—seriously?), I headed over here. Victor, the Sales Associate, was on it—he found three tire options in no time and even snagged me a $40 discount with my AAA membership. Talk about service!
I showed up right after they opened and was out before 9:15 a.m. No appointment, no hassle. These folks get it—they know you’ve got places to be and things to do. They work like a well-oiled machine to get you back on the road fast. Hardworking staff, efficient service—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend the Boerne Discount Tire. I'll definitely be back for all my tire needs!

My Range Rover had a nail in the tire and I needed a tire rotation. They said it would take an hour and 45 minutes. It took two hours which is fine, but the app wasn’t working. It said that it was ready when it wasn’t but the worst part of it all was I got into my car and there was sweaty black grease all in my white leather console and in my seat. That is not acceptable.

Ivan was friendly, but did not want to work with us a the price. The company I work for buys lots of tires from them. When I came in and told Ivan we needed more than 10 tires what kind of deal could he give me. He chuckled a little and then said all he could do was 5%. That’s little to nothing on a discount, which isn’t your name Discount Tire? Well your name should be Full Price Tire. Thank you Ivan for your help, we will be finding a new tire company now.

The guys are friendly that are employed here, but as far as trying to get a good deal and a discount hang up the phone. The company I work for buys at least 4 tires a month from them. When we asked about a discounted rate for 14 tires total, all we could get was a 5% discount on a full priced tire. What happened to your name "DISCOUNT TIRE" that's false advertisement your name should read FULL PRICE TIRE CO.

Had an issue with a tire that needed to be repaired, there was a mistake made and these guys owned it and took care of it right away. Hard to beat that kind of customer service.

Immaculate service! I did set my appointment ahead, so my wait was standard. Also, I got greated helped by two different agents. The first one suggested something that would've made me gp make another stop, second one and last totally addresses my issue, addressed it, handled it immediately, and I was on my marry way happily.

Went in last week for a rotation and balance. Got done within 15 minutes, and the manager comes out to talk with me. Let me know that one of my studs was stripped. We looked over my visit history, and my last rotation was 2 months back at the Dezavala location. I asked what I could do to get it fixed. He gave me a claim sheet and sent me to a local shop to get it fixed on their dime. This is the reason I'll stick with Discount Tire. Any other shop would have let me drive off and find out about it on my own.
