Felt very judged right when I walked in, employees didn’t even greet me. They did have some cute pieces but I don’t think I’ll be going back based off my experience. Also if you are bigger I noticed there is not a lot of varying rages in sizes mostly S-L

Had a good time shopping at Ella Blue yesterday. Left with a nice handbag and headband. Unfortunately only the accessories is something I can purchase. I’m a size 12/14 160lb 5’5 and nothing I tried on fit me. The clothes are beautiful though. The prices are a bit high but not unreasonable for a local boutique.

We were exploring the little shops they have and we stumbled across this cute little boutique. I absolutely love boutiques and when we came in it was so nice and clean. The clothes and accessories they carry are so cute I will definitely be back to buy more things. I only got a pair of sunglasses today, but I will definitely be coming back for some more things.

Such cute clothes, but the Sunday service was lacking. Not once was I greeted or treated with any kindness or personality. The design and taste in clothing is lovely and classy. But at the register the employee bunched delicate materials together while the other employee dusted. Bizarre. Boutique customer service training is desperately needed.

I would give it a 3 out of 5 .. a bit pricey for average clothing. Some pieces were quite nice, others were very average. Friendly staff from my personal experience.

I was visiting in Boerne recently and went into Ella Blue. I was amazed at the great customer service. Greeted as soon as I entered. I made a very small purchase (6 necklaces on sale for 3/$12.00). I mentioned they were for my granddaughters. To my amazement I was asked if I would like them gift wrapped. I was embarrassed that they spent so much time and expense on such a small purchase (especially on sale too). I will definitely shop Ella Blue next time I visit family in Boerne and promise to spend more. Wishing you much success!!!

Super cute shop on Main Street in Boerne with women's clothing and jewelry. I wish I had my super cute daughter to shop with me lol. Although maybe not cause I would have spent oh so much more! They also had shoes that I didn't get a chance to browse so I will be back!
