Epic Flooring is the place to go for all your flooring needs! I have used them twice...once for a tile job and more recently for carpet. Susan is wonderful to work with and her team of installers is second to none! They were professional, efficient and courteous. They did a beautiful job with my carpet, and were meticulous about cleaning up before they left. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to have them working in my house all day! I highly recommend this exceptional local business!

Working with Susan at Epic Floors was awesome. She has such good ideas and is so responsive and just a really lovely lady to work with. I recommend her highly. We tiled our outdoor patio and it looks amazing. The couple that laid the tile were such hard workers and very responsive to whatever questions we asked. Again, we highly recommend epic flooring.

I have used Epic Flooring for almost a decade. Susan helped me update tile and carpet flooring, kitchen countertops, cabinets, a sink and backsplashes. Most recently she helped with a new build, and also replaced carpet in an older house. Susan offers an excellent selection of products, which are tailored to almost any budget. Her crews are punctual and skilled, and I have always been completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Epic Flooring for any project!!!

Susan, this review has been a long time coming. I cannot thank you enough for your experience, expertise and guidance throughout my remodeling journey. You provided the design eye for brightening what was a dark home, and infused style and flair that I could not see.
The tile choice for my backsplash and the millwork for our baseboards and windows were spot on.
These are but a few pics from when the floors were just installed and of the tile. I will add additional pictures in the coming days to reflect the floors as they are now, 8 months in and perfect!!!
You would be hard pressed to find someone as professional, kind and hard working as Susan and her team at Epic Flooring in Boerne.

Susan and her crew did such a fantastic job with the floors and countertops and backsplash in my house. Susan has great taste, and put together exactly what we were looking for. She is professional and makes it so easy!! Quality quartz countertops and had it done in less than 4 hours. The backsplash is a marble lantern pattern and it covers an entire wall in my kitchen!! It looks amazing!! The floors are BEAUTIFUL!! Italian Porcelain, large format tiles that gave new life to my downstairs!! Will definitely be returning for bathroom upgrades!!

We had an exceptional customer service experience with Epic Flooring! I called them on November 8th about a bid for new carpet for our 5000 sq ft dental office in Kerrville--this was after contacting three local companies and waiting weeks just for bids. Susan, the owner of Epic Flooring came out the next day to take measurements and by December 12, the whole project was complete. She and her team were courteous, professional, punctual, accommodating, and friendly. The floor looks fantastic--Couldn't be happier with the outcome. This really was our Christmas Carpet Miracle! Thanks, Epic Flooring!

Would highly recommend, after having Susan redo our downstairs floors last year we returned to have our upstairs bathrooms redone and she did not disappoint. Such a wonderful job to update and modernize our bathroom, her staff is wonderful and they all do fantastic work.
