I walked in Walgreens and was taken care of as soon as I inquired about the process. It was quick and the gentleman was polite and informative.

FedEx gets the job done. I've used their overnight mail delivery twice. Once from Oregon to Texas. The second time was from Texas to Oregon. Both times the mail was delivered within 22 hours.
