how many times can you delay a package, if a package is 45 minuets away from me it shouldnt take another 24 hours after multiple prior delays.

FedEx gets the job done. I've used their overnight mail delivery twice. Once from Oregon to Texas. The second time was from Texas to Oregon. Both times the mail was delivered within 22 hours.
