I called my insurance company for a tow . Never used my road side yet . They told me They couldn’t tow me today have to reschedule . I called Five Star towing and they were there in 20 minutes . Fast friendly service . They really care about their customers . They are worth more then 5 stars !!!! Would highly recommend !!!!

David is a nice and friendly person, but they charge extraordinary fees for their services. Pickup of a running car and 2.5 miles drive - $475!! This is IMO is wrong, very wrong. Smells corruption.Service: Vehicle wrecking

They towed my father in laws truck from a wreck. When we went to pick it up, I talked to two people on the phone and one gentleman there. Once my mother in law verified she was the owner he brought us back and helped us remove what we could. Everyone was very professional and so sweet.Service: Vehicle wrecking

We are from Colorado and our Jeep broke down on the highway in a construction zone with no where to pull over. We were in a very dangerous spot and our insurance and warranty towing services were quoting a 3 hour wait time for a tow truck. My sister-in-law called Five Star Wrecker Service, Inc. Tom showed up within 15 minutes of that call. I am 8 months pregnant, we had our 2 year old son and 2 dogs with us. He made sure we were safe and quickly removed our vehicle from the dangerous area. Tom was kind, friendly, personable, and caring. I cannot recommend this service enough. We are forever grateful for Tom and Five Star Wrecker Service.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Driver was knowledgable and actually tried to help me get my car started before giving up and having to tow it. Not only that but it was precariously parked under some low hanging branches and with surgical skill the operator managed to manuver the car without one leaf falling. Very impressed.

my dad got in a wreck, asked to have the truck towed not far from their house....tom was rude and didnt really want 2....not sure if it is because my folks are hispanic and he is racist or old age and cold weather....lets hope it is because old age and cold weather. retire is a suggestion.

It’s too bad that we had to give one Star. This company should not be in business. They towed our vehicle from an accident. The driver refused to disclosure the fees and three days later it was $670. I don’t recommend.Service: Vehicle wrecking

David would not accept multiple forms of legal, state-issued IDs in order to retrieve tools and clothes and important documents from my car after it was impounded. He also would not accept full payment with these forms of identification in hand in order to release the vehicle.This issue continued for weeks while he gave us the run around and even hung up on me when I asked if a birth certificate with SS card was valid identification.Finally, after the fees had more than doubled, and my bank has notified me that they will seize the car in the next couple of days, David informed us that, in fact, an ID was not necessary to retrieve my property from the car.David manipulated the system in order to allow the price to rise while stalling and lying to us about the process. I now hope only that my bank can retrieve my property for I fear David has stolen my tools and military issue boots that I utilize while contracting throughout Texas.Services: Vehicle wrecking
