So very disappointed in this company and the management team. My 11 year old saved for many months to buy a ps4, I did not go in the store with him because I wasn’t feeling well, so my 14 year old did. They asked for a warranty, but it turns out they only gave them a warranty on the remote, not the console. I called to let them know it was not working and overheating one day before the 30 day exchange and return policy was up. I asked for management to call me back and they never did. I finally got ahold of them a week later and they informed me that they will not honor the return policy because it was after the 30 days, even though I did call before it was up. Now my 11 year old is out a few hundred dollars and has no console. Way to go GameStop.

Pore customer service. We came in last week with my 10 year old to buy a game for his Nintendo. Employee was unprofessional, made us uncomfortable and proceeded multiple times to ask us to buy add ons with our purchase.

Not what they used to be unfortunately. Their cut rate exchange prices make it hard to keep them on my contact list. I can sell my games for more than Gamestop by selling on OfferUp. Unless it's your only option, just check walmart. At least THEY accept returns. If you get the wrong game from gamestop they will only give you like 25% back.

Love these guys! I live on De Zavala equidistant from The Rim, University Oaks, and Heubner oaks locations, but I drive 20 minutes out to Beorne anytime I need anything from GameStop.Ever since the new management, the service here is amazing. Christian is the most helpful employee I’ve ever come across. Michael is a cool guy and has helped me multiple times with any issue I had. David rocks as well, and has never disappointed. I just met Jenny this weekend, she’s super helpful and helped me with a return. Until the other locations in my area get better, I will continue driving out here to shop.

So at 1715 on 21 September 2022, I went into GameStop to buy some Pokémon cards. Found 2 small boxes and and the total was $48. Toby asked for my number for their rewards program. I told him I did not want to pay to be in their system. He said well if you look at the rewards... I cut him off and said I was not interested. He said he did not like that I was interrupting him and to wait until he was finished. I told him look you can keep going but the answer will still be no, let me buy this stuff and leave. He took the merchandise and said why don't you leave my stuff in my store and get out. I said excuse me, he raised his voice and yelled get out. I left and never will return again.

It all depends who is there sometimes there is no life’s who get turned on by anime characters and other time there is chill nice and helpful people who actually care about the costumer and help you out save couple of dollars even start a convo

Not sure what the point is for the store. They don't honor pricing/specials on website and on website,and their prices/selection (except for used games) is abysmal. Also, when I tried to order something I saw in the store for pickup or delivery, to take advantage of the discount, the website says it's not in stock at the store. Guess it's back to Amazon and their <2 day delivery and wait for the sad news that the store I used to enjoy shopping at has gone the way of Toys R Us.

Best GameStop ever. Current manger is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. In my opinion, be a pro member and it’s the best place to buy/trade games. In the context that you shop for games often!

while i love this place and nothing from here has ever failed i don't like there store hours but it probably takes a while to get all their stuff organized so i wont complain to much
