Touch screens never work, prices are good but takes twice as long as your average pump because they're trying to sell extra stuff and the load times are horrible

The additech on gas pump didn't work and the cashier wouldn't refund in gas or cash instead gave me a 1 800 phone number and told me to contact them to make a complaint. So i was out the money spent for that service that i didn't receive. Didn't even try to check the pump to find out if it was out or just not working.

Your gas pumps are always broken. Touch screen was a foolish decision. Gas pumps worked fine for decades and now they don’t and they ask you a bunch of dumb questions before they let you fill up.

Didn't have to wait long here. Prices are good, and staff are nice. Sometimes, a couple of pumps can be down. No big deal. Air isn't free. At least there's ice for sale, in case they're out of it in the store.

The new pumps (installed over a year ago) still do not have functioning "tap to read" card readers. They ingest your card for a ridiculous length of time while you need to manually enter information requiring multiple steps. Very often multiple pumps are out of order. Very often the car wash is out of order or malfunctioning.
