Super helpful staff! Only issue I've had was not having the syringes I need in stock, but they always let me know before hand so I can go get them elsewhere. They are always busy, but get through customers quickly!

Truly Excellent experience with HEB Pharmacy Boerne. My elderly father needed medication immediately and a prescription transferred urgently on a Friday afternoon. Everything was handled promptly, efficiently, and with very personal service. Lauren, the pharmacy manager helped personally. Every one of the staff was exceptional.....and kind. Remarkable experience! You should all be commended!

Just a mess from the get go after we moved here. Incorrect charges, seem to not remember to charge insurance, and generally seem crabby. They are so busy in their defense I suppose. I do think they have picked it up lately maybe with the new HEB coming.

first and last experience with this pharmacy was the worst one I have ever had. Doctor sent prescription over on Tuesday afternoon. I went Wednesday morning and it wasn't ready. They said it would be that afternoon. I waited until Thursday afternoon to be sure. She tells me they had one filled for me but they only keep it 10 days so they put it back. In the span of TWO days, they didn't fill it, filled it, kept it 10 days and then put it back. She said she could fill it again but it would take a few hours. I had my doctor move it. Idiots.

For the past handful of years we've been coming to this H-E-B pharmacy, we have ALWAYS had a great experience, treated with kindness, care and they know what they're doing. So grateful for our pharmacy staff at Boerne H-E-B for taking wonderful care of me and my entire family all these years.

This is my favorite pharmacy. I've been using this pharmacy for several years. Their staff is always patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions on both my prescriptions and OTC meds.

Most of the staff are fairly kind, but it's always very slow and busy. I'd give it a 3/5 considering they're probably understaffed and just trying to do their best.

Slow I mean slow as hell .... Had all my prescriptions transferred out and will never return. After waiting over 20 minutes I was asked to circle around.... And re wait there was 15 cars behind me ..... why would I do that..... when all my prescriptions were ready they had entered one wrong and had to renter

Unsure what experience others have had - but the staff is always terrific. The pharmacists on staff have always answered my questions about my family's medications and I've never felt like they didn't truly care about answering my concerns. I started using H‑E‑B pharmacy because their prices were a fraction of cvs and Walgreens. Sometimes there is a line - but that's only because so many people recognize their awesomeness.

If you aren't interested in helping people, you probably shouldn't go into the healthcare field. I tested positive for the flu and was prescribed tamiflu, unfortunately by the time I left urgent care the pharmacy was closing soon. All the pharmacy staff stood in the back literally just talking to each other, not working in the back, waiting out the clock while I stood at the desk waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally a non pharmacy staff member walked by, apologized and told them to stop ignoring me. By the time a young girl came up to the counter to ask me what I wanted, there was only a minute left, so she told me they wouldn't be helping me until tomorrow. If they hadn't ignored me for so long I'm confident I could've received my medicine because it's already in a bottle from the manufacturer, and there is no dosing out required. As a pharmacist you should understand that with tamiflu it is really only effective if given within 48 hours of symptoms and making me wait another 24 hours past that is actually detrimental to my health. I sounded horrible too so she knew how sick I already was, even the pharmacist who I talked to on the phone today to ask if the prescription was ready felt the need to tell me how terrible I sounded. I get wanting to go home quickly, but my customer service job doesn't even involve people's health and we will help even if we are closed. If what you do actually has people's health on the line, you should probably care more about that than being home 5 minutes faster.

Called ahead to get a prescription. Waited 30 minutes in line on top of the hour they requested to fill it. They ring it up wrong an then ask me to get back in line so they can fix it. This place needs a better system.
