They do great work to help spay and neuter feral cats. Staff is very kind and their system is very efficient. Good work done by good people. I love that you can reserve your spot and don't have to wait in line like with the other clinics that take care of feral cats.

Gentleman with beard came out and explained everything very clearly. Wonderful customer service and pet was slow but good afterwards as expected

The Hill Country Animal League clinic, also known as HCAL, through help from community donations and funding from the Hill Country Animal League Thrift Store, provides low-cost spay and neuter surgeries and limited pet wellness services in the Greater Hill Country Area of Texas.
Please note that HCAL is not a full-service veterinary clinic.
