Thank you for once again meeting my zero expectations of this store. What I wouldn't give for a Lowes in Boerne. Thank you to the male employee who walked right past me as I struggled to load 16, 80lb bag of cement into my truck. And yes, the cashier called for load out assistance, I finished before anyone else walked by.

Was there at 0730. Found the piece of wood I needed quick and easy. I just needed 1 cut. I waited over 20 minutes for assistance. I called the store while in it for assistance. Had one employee walk by and tell me I would be helped in a minute. 20 minutes later still waiting. They were too busy standing around up at the pro desk and in lumber to help the customer with a 30 second cut. I had already marked what I needed cut. There were a few helping contractors but all others standing around. I will take my business to Lowe's. Yes I have to drive farther and take more time round trip but if this us the customer service I get at home depot, I don't need the shorter drive time.

Home depot is always understaffed. You can't go in and get out.

I bought a water pump and wanted an extended warranty. The cashier couldn't bring up the option. Luckily, Katherine at Customer Service was able to help me! Not only was she very friendly, but also very knowledgeable to add the extended warranty to my pump!

Plants!!!! They always have a kick butt nursery. Went and got some new house plants, huge healthy selection. Went outside and found a pineapple and blueberry bushes!! I was shocked, so of course I grabbed them. All growing good and healthy
