I showed up for my scheduled appointment to find a sign on the door saying the office was closed until the end of the following week. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed with no issue and nobody reached out to me to inform me that the office would be closed. I even waited an extra week for an appointment at the Boerne location for the convenience of getting an appointment in town. If I had known the office would be closed, I could have looked elsewhere for an earlier appointment. Incredibly frustrating.

Made an appointment for a Saturday and the website doesn’t give you the option to pick a time they cancelled my appointment told me to come back on a weekday when I work and then said there was nothing else they could do for me. And the receptionist wanted to give me an attitude like it’s not their issue

First time filing a income tax and the preparer ended up putting the wrong address for my 1040 form. They put in my companies work address where I don't live and now I am having to call the IRS and filling out a 8822 form to fix the problem they created.Very disappointed and annoyed that this happened and will not be returning to this place. Rather save myself the headache and extra work.

Rebecca Muegge was very unprofessional. We have used H&R in the past and have never experienced the disrespect that Rebecca has shown us. I am not a tax expert, so I decided to go to H&R for a second opinion. Rebecca told me in front of my wife and child that we were a "waste of her time" & that she did not want to do all this work if we did not agree up front that we will do our taxes with her. All I asked her was about the process of her crunching number, their fees and me agreeing to follow through with the return. Last I checked that was what she got paid for, and the fact that she is the Tax Associate Office Manager is a joke.

Went in to H&R block Boerne for a 2nd opinion because we all know this last year was crazy and different, so we wanted the experts. Not only were we not greeted when we came in until we said something, but we then had the worst experience ever. Rebecca Muegge was the most unprofessional and rude associate we've ever worked with. Rebecca was very flustered and seemed frustrated with the different matters going into our taxes and made it seem like she did not know what she was doing or at least did not want to deal with it. She wanted us to agree to the fees we would owe H&R before she did anything. When I told her we have never had to agree to anything up front with H&R block before that's when she literally told us we were wasting her time and literally said if she's going to do all the work then she needs us to agree to the terms of payment. I was blown away by her remark and told her that was very unprofessional and not a way to conduct business. Rebecca then said that she had other clients waiting, when there was no one else in office at all waiting, making us feel even more invaluable to her. Is this not their job? We will never return there again
