Disappointed that my vehicle was in their service shop for over a week to get a new AC compressor. Part was backordered and I understand that was out of their control. The disappointing part was as I drove out of the dealership with my repaired vehicle the AC stopped working again. Turned right around and took the vehicle back. After a a few more days brought the vehicle home, only to have the AC fail again. Its back at the dealership now and I’m awaiting for their findings.
I’ll follow up with the third trip when I get the vehicle back.
Follow up:
Finally got my car back on 7/31/24 after giving it back to them on 7/11/24. Dealer said the problem was the AC Fan Control Module, which had to be ordered. I was told the unit had a short in it and this would solve the issue. Got to drive the car for 1/2 a day before the AC stopped working again. This time I recorded a video showing the temperature or the air coming out of vents (89 degrees) and sent it to the dealer to prove it’s still not working. Now I’m told they have requested a Nissan Engineer to come in, as of 8/7/24 no progress has been made.
It’s starting to look like I’m going to have to invoke the Lemon Law soon.
Follow up 8/23/24:
Nissan engineer replaced the AC Auto Amplifier after finding a service code that was stored in the vehicle’s memory. Wish they thought of looking at old codes in the first place. We’ve had the vehicle back for over a week now and the AC is still working. Hopefully the nightmare is finally over.

Chris Briggs is the nicest salesman. He was very patient with me during the process of waiting on my 2025 QX to arrive. Chris made the buying process very simple and quick. The owner Mark is a very thoughtful, nice person. Mark walks around making sure every need is met and everyone is happy… even the little kids get little surprises to make them happy.

The BEST service dept in SA/Boerne. Always takes care of my car and makes sure I’m up and running. Francisco and team ensure the personal touch and are always kind and patient. This was not a scheduled appt and they were able to get my car fixed in a timely manner. No upselling or over selling. Wonderful experience!
