“We just stopped by for a first time visit the staff was so friendly and so very helpful while we looked around. I was worried they closed at 4pm on Saturday and we walked in at 3:30pm. They did not rush us at all made us feel very welcome ☺️ Mr. Borrego offered my family and myself something to drink! We live in Seguin just passing by to eat a late lunch. We will be coming back again to buy more things. Thank you Mr. Borrego for letting us look around, you have many beautiful things in your shop so happy we were blessed to take something home with us! “Celeste is truly a gem in Boerne! This darling boutique has been my Aunt Anita’s favorite store for years, and after her taking me there several times, I completely understand why. They always have the most beautiful, colorful, high-quality items, and everything is so thoughtfully curated and reasonably priced.
What makes Celeste extra special is their incredible customer service. My aunt recently went through a very difficult season with illness and the loss of her beloved puppy. I called to place an order to have something delivered to her at the hospital, and they went so far above and beyond. Not only did they kindly deliver it themselves instead of letting me hire an Uber, but they also brought flowers for her as well.
That kind of kindness and care is rare these days. This is customer service at its absolute best — service with a smile and hearts to match. If you’re ever in Boerne, be sure to stop by Celeste. It’s a beautiful shop run by truly wonderful people.”
