I have used this storage facility about 3 years but was over 4 years ago. In that time, the onsite working sweet elderly couple had greatly improved some of the units, if not all, with solid plywood additions inside the units to enable shelf emplacements and to improve safety between units, ensuring no gaps at the bottom or through the top roof of unit. I appreciated these efforts, since some fishing rods were snatched from another similarly styled storage shed in Corpus Christi through a small opening at the top between units. Though it's been over 3 years since I've rented at John's Rd. Mini Storage, I thought it well that I should mention these improvements in at least some of the units (my unit was on the first row, near the house).
