This place doesn't even deserve one star. I only needed to give a urine sample for my college since I'm in a nursing program, and everyone went before me and zero empathy for the situation I was placed in, this place is severly understaffed and the staff are no help.

Horrible service. Came in for a drug test. Was asked to notify the front desk when my bladder felt very full. When notified the front, they had me wait 20+ minutes. I say "20+" because i left after 20 mins of waiting because I needed to pee so badly. God knows how long I would have waited if I stayed.
There are many other locations for Labcorp. Take the 2.5 review ratings seriously and find a different location.

I showed up as a walk-in as I was told I could, and the lady was rude and said no, I needed an appointment. Turns out she lied and didn't want to do her job. I would recommend any other location than here.

Easy to make an appointment online and it was a breeze to check in when I arrived. Got there 10 minutes early, waited in my car and 5 minutes before my appointment I got called in. Staff was super friendly and I was done in no time at all. Great location and great staff

Every LabCorp I’ve ever been to has been a 2, 3 star experience at best… until this experience.I attempted to book an appt on line but next available was too far out. So, I took a big risk & drove 45 min each way to ’walk in’.I assumed I’d be there for hours.Instead, this is what happened …I walked in on a Monday morning around 9am. The only other patient was at the window talking to the woman behind the desk.I went to the digital sign in kiosk.Put in my info, sat down & she called my name in less than 2minutes.I gave her all my info, had a very pleasant conversation, I told her this was the best experience so far at any LabCorp.I learned that Michelle has been there 3 years, (usually by herself!), and the days they send a 2nd person over are really helpful to her/patients.Sidenote: she shows up every day, despite being totally overworked.A reminder to be nice to people, you never know what’s going on behind the scenes.I sat down, was called back about 2 min later. Joseph had trouble finding a producing vein. When he did, i geared up for a painful draw. And instead, felt NOTHING.Literally, it was the best blood draw of my life!I think the total amount of time I was there was maaaaaybe 20 minutes.Huge thanks to Labcorp MVPs Michelle & Joseph!!

Only 1 person running the place and she is far more competent than Quest. She is always helpful and sweet, and I never had a problem except for when their system messed up. Always have an appointment set up ahead of time so you don't have to wait too long!

Great experience, the lady working there is very sweet and skilled. I didn’t have anybody in front of me I made an appointment. Best LabCorp I’ve been to yet!

Absolute worst customer service. Just dropping of a lab has taken 30 minutes. Avoid this place if possible.
