I had gone in today around 4:30 i didn't leave til 6:21 . I came in and asked for french tip acrylic nails. The man starts and it's going great until he put the tips on which he put them on so crooked a women and her two daughters come in and the man leaves me to start helping the other customers. I sat there for 15 minutes patiently and the man's wife comes and starts finishing my nails. Instead of putting on a new tip she gets acrylic and builds a tip for two of the nails since they were so un even . she starts doing the french tip and i ask her to correct several of the nails because it looked so sloppy. I showed her a picture and she said she understood and proceeded to try again . I told her i still didn't like some of the nails and she said it would be fine that the design would cover it . she rushed through the whole thing hurting me many times with the drill tool and even going around my whole finger because she was rushing so fast. I let her finish because i wanted to think it was going to turn out okay . She moved on to the next customer while my nails were drying and i looked at them and there were so many parts missing paint they looked so sloppy i had so much acrylic stuck under my nail even after her using the tool . mind you i had already been there for a hour and a half and had to pick up my son and couldn't keep asking her to fix it because she had rushed me and said it would look fine after . the design did not cover up the crooked french tip line . i wish i had taken a picture . she wanted me to pay 50$ and i asked her if she could do 30$ because of how bad it looked and i didn't have time to keep asking her to fix it and she had other customers as well. Her husband had left to pick up their kids and it was only her for about 30-45 minutes . He comes back and she starts telling him about it and says she can not do 30$ and that she would fix one of the nails . I told her i cannot pay half of 100$ for something she rushed and that it wasn't fair i have to pay for a sloppy job because you have other customers . she said they don't do regular and only gel and shellac but said she understood several times after i showed her the picture . she then took the nails off very roughly and damaged my natural nail bed and had me soak my nails off but i wasn't even able to completely get them off because i had to leave after being there for almost 2 hours . i would also like to say her husband just used nail tools from a ziplock bag , that didn't look like they had been sterilized and then pulled out the same ziplock to use on one of the women's daughters . the wife then proceeded to talk about me to the other customer and i told her man you rushed through the whole thing and wouldn't listen when i asked you to fix it and she started being very rude to me . mind you im not over exaggerating, she rushed so fast there was paint missing on the sides it was see through even after asking her to fix it more than once .

Great nail techs and super friendly!! Comfortable massage chairs and you can even ask for a longer leg massage which was a pus!! Awesome pricing too!!

This is a great little salon in Boerne! My Daughter-in-law "to be" and I stopped in on a Monday afternoon and were helped right away! My DIL had her fingernails done to get ready for engagement photos. I got a deluxe pedicure with hot stones, lavender and other goodies. We both left very satisfied! I recommend this salon!

Loved this place! In town for a wedding and needed to get my nails done last minute. Very friendly service, clean, quick, and they were able to match the design from a picture I had. Highly recommend!

This is my new go-to place! Very clean and very accommodating! People who run it are very nice and they did a fantastic job! Usually it’s hard to find places that do a good job with on my nails since I like to go so short, but they did a great job! I will only go here from now on!Services: Polish removal

Terrible nail polish on toes shellac was all over the place and it he lady who was doing someone else’s nails refused to fix it for me for free she wanted me to pay all over again to get them fixed by the person who messed them up in the first place . Worst nail place I ever visited . She could of got a good twenty dollar tip if she would of just fixed my toe nail polish and I would of got my new set there after but instead she lost out on a lot of money for a measly 30$ shellac on toes she didn’t wanna fix for free . Good bye you’ll never see me again !Service: Nail polish changes

Done nicely but took a long time charge good for my Pedicure and my mom's nails but was charged a $180 from my daughter's nails and they took 2 hours to do them. I would never go to them for any extensive acrylic nail work again

The owners might be the happiest people on the planet, they are so kind and appreciative of your business. I've only been once but will be going back. Prices are great and my nails look good-- thats all I can ask for.
