Do not buy a membership - total nightmare.I had one massage and liked it well enough to buy a 6-month membership. The Boerne location is just blocks from my house and convenient. Since then, I’ve had issue after issue trying to get an appointment. Therapists call out sick and they offer to book you with others with an hourly up charge. I gave up on the Boerne location and booked at Stone Oak, who called this morning at 8am to cancel because of staffing. I want to cancel the membership since they’re not able to provide the service but the Boerne manager told me she can’t control when people call out sick and refuses. I understand that you can’t control staffing but I’m paying $80 a month for a service you can’t deliver!

My massage was not for relaxation- it was for a ridiculous amount of knots. Jamie was my therapist and she was SO GOOD, I never had to ask her to adjust the pressure and wasn't in pain. Will likely be coming back. I'm so sorry if I misspell this I don't remember seeing a name tag, but Jaelyn at the front was very helpful as well.

Ever since I joined Massage Heights almost 2 years ago, I can honestly say yay! I have found a massage place I can call home! The front desk personnel is always pleasant and helpful! The two best massage therapists there (in my opinion) are Nathan and Brendon! They both go above and beyond to deal with the pain I am constantly in and give me some relief for awhile! I am a handful of issues and they never act like I am just too much to deal with and do all they can in the 90 minutes I am there to relieve the pain! So glad I found them! Thanks again to all of you!

*****Terrible customer services and poorly ran business. Tried contacting the owners, CEO and VPs of the business for a resolution with zero reply. Don’t waste your money here and avoid*****I purchased a membership last year and often pay for my girlfriend to come with me, typically, once or twice a month. I tried pausing by cancelling in October as I was going to be travelling to the UK for 2-3 months. The manager, who eventually called me after 2 days of back and forth with the young ladies at the front desk, managed to convince me to wait till November, reassuring me that the remaining credits could be pushed out until they were used. I returned to Texas 2 weeks ago and tried to book 2x massages today. There was no appointment available, so we were booked in for Monday. 5 minutes later, a different lady called, stating that the other attendant was "new and didn't know what she was doing". She also mentioned that I couldn't use the remaining credits (that I've fully paid for) and she would have to ring her manager to unlock them. I assumed there would be no problem as it is a service I've paid for and have not used yet. I asked her to call me back if there were any problems. To my surprise, an hour later, she called. Apparently, the manager now will not unlock those prepaid credits and no other manager will be there this weekend to call me back. I find it very surprising that at the branches' peak times, there is no manager supervision, especially when there are junior untrained staff members on the front desk. Because of how expensive the services are, I expect a much higher customer service level.

Great, professional massage experience. Dana, my therapist, took time to get to know me, understand my goals, and provided an incredibly relaxing and restorative massage. Next time I'm in Boerne, I'll be back!

Shane P. has been my therapist for over a year and he’s excellent at what he does. He never leaves me feeling like I didn’t get enough work done. He’s extremely knowledgeable at how the body works and anatomy making him a top tier massage therapist. The facility is beautiful and relaxing.

Friendly staff and great membership plan. You have many choices of therapists. Thankfully I found mine first time and Nathan's been amazing at helping me have less back pain, even if I want to hurt him most of the time, but thats a deep tissue massage for you....lol

Shane piper is an amazing massage therapist. Literally the best in town. But that’s just my opinion. Go find out for yourself. Ask for him by name.
