If I could leave 10 stars I would! Chad and his team are ROCK STARS! I work in Home Health & Hospice so my care is my office. The had my VW Atlas up and running in 48 hours! The dealerships needed to keep it 2-3 days just to run diagnostics. They are HONEST AND QUICK! They are reasonably priced too! They are my LIFETIME CAR CARE PEOPLE! The first cylinder went out then the hood cable busted.

They replaced compressor in my KIA. KIA works like new. A different car had body work done in a DIFFERENT body shop and was given back to us with a loud noise indicated something wrong. Babcock Automotive diagnosed the problem and corrected wrong installation of a sway bar by the previous shop. Car runs perfect now. Thank you Babcock Automotive!

The staff here is fantastic, very professional, informative, polite and honest. The owner is phenomenal, very personable and easy to talk to. My family has always brought their vehicles here and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else either. The service is wonderful, quick and convenient. After having a few auto shops try to fix my truck that keep going to limp mode (a safety feature) the could not figure it out.So as a last resort my aunt had been using Babcock Automotive a few times and recommended them.I brought it in and let them take a crack at it .To my surprise they fixed it that same week.It had the problem for more than a year and still can’t believe it’s fixed.

Babcock Automotive is much more than I expected! I'm sold on the experience and will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of automotive maintenance!
Their staff is courteous and professional, their work quality is outstanding, pricing is fair, and the repair turnaround time is fast. I took my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 in for a transmission service and brake repair, and after driving 100 miles since the service, I’m more than satisfied with the results and will turn to them for any future repair needs.

I sent my daughter to Babcock Automotive and they were truly an outstanding and very genuine shop. Being far away from my kid I needed a place that could take care of her mechanical needs and they are definitely it. They resolved her problem and gave her great advise to send her back on her way. God bless them and they will have my business and recommendations for ever.

My 83 year old mother was worried about her brakes, so she took her car to Babcock Automotive. Chad Harshaw and the team there were professional and polite. They advised her how much it would be to replace everything, but they also let her know that it was not necessary at this time. She opted not to do anything at this time, but she will be trusting Babcock Automotive for any future maintenance needs.
