I needed to change a brake light bulb in order to get my car inspected but Ford decided to over-engineer the housing for the bulb so I came to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Boerne to get help with changing the bulb out.An employee named Van was super helpful in changing out the bulb for me! He took the time to make sure it was working properly before I left. I really appreciate Van's assistance and his exemplary customer service is typical of the folks at the Boerne location. I won't go anywhere else in Boerne for auto parts.

All I wanted to do was buy a quart of power steering fluid. One guy was handling a big refund, another guy was playing with his phone filling an online order or buying stuff for himself, idk. Another guy was stocking stuff in the back. My presence was never acknowledged. My desire to checkout was never acknowledged. I finally asked if the guy stocking could check me out and was told “no he can’t” with no offer of explanation or help. I put the quart down and left and went to Walmart, where I found the same fluid for less than half the price. That was first and last time to ever enter an O’Reilly.

Regarding the shop in Boerne Texas: I was driving into Boerne to pick up samples from area Dermatologists for our Lab in Houston when the driver's side wiper came apart. The bottom rubber blew right off. The wiper was not scratching the window thou it was of little use in the heavy rain. I stopped at this parts store because they advertise actually installing the wiper. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice and tried his best. My concern is with the management. 1st - he had an issue finding the blade, (no- one came around to assist him including the manager who was there in front) 2nd - finally after scouring around he found one, I did want to replace both,, but whatever just please I need to get back on the road- as the lab pick up was in an hour. 3rd.- he could not refund me for only one wiper - he failed to know how - so he had to refund for both and then he said he would re ring the driver side blade. (again, the manager was close enough to hear that and did not bother to utilize this as a training issue. - so, he gave me credit back on my card, and then the manager became involved because she had to manager refund -she asked no questions on why,, because she already knew he couldn't find two blades alike,,, how about a second one that might not be a match,, yet works on the passenger's side. Nope 4th- this gentleman heads out the door with the blade and I had to stop him to let him know - I haven't paid for it yet. (think the manager should have gotten involved yet? she was standing right at the counter steps from me) 5th - he had no idea on how to take the old wiper off- at one point he actually took his keys out of his pocket and would have used the key to pry the wiper loose if I hadn't stopped him at which point I said,, never mind I need to be on the road, these samples will not drive themselves -- the rain had slowed down and with God's help I would make it to San Antonio. So I tossed the wipers and the box in the back seat. my major concern was that he would pull the blade off and break another part and I would be stuck there with a car full of samples that needed to be at the lab. 6 - no one in this store came to help - another employee was working with a customer on a truck next to my car he glanced over - looked at the employee and went back in the store. (he knew this man was having trouble and a customer was not being serviced, yet he just went back in Absolutely NO camaraderie here, the manager is setting a true - all for yourself attitude. I did go to another O'reilly, they did snap right on my driver side wiper, and the purchased passenger side wiper as well. And actually, other employees at that store - said Hi, and how's it going! nice to be noticed!!! it is definitely the all-in store policies that can make a difference.

Was having charging issues with my vehicle, and the staff listed off a few things that might be wrong. Employee KC came out to my vehicle and checked on it, saw that the battery was bloated and switched it out using the warranty I had on it. KC, you're a rockstar.

I've always shopped at O'Reilly's for all my car parts yesterday I stop at AutoZone it was on the way were I was going really didn't want to but I did big mistake the guys didn't kno anything couldn't even help with brake pads and a battery cable to the starter came to O'Reilly's today the guy in there got me my parts within 5 minutes lol great service and kind and fast and know what they're doing
