If I could leave a zero star I would. The staff is extremely rude and the company also needs to change their policy on kids coming with a parent. I was just dropping off a sample and they wouldn't let me bc I had a kid with me. I wasn't get any type of service done, again just dropping off a sample. I absolutely hate Quest. It like this at all quest but the boerne location staff is extremely rude on many many occasions. They need to do better.

I made an appointment online. I was seen about 5 minutes after my appointment time. Very efficient. The lady who drew my blood was very good. I told her that she would have to draw my blood out of my hand. She did it with out questioning why or wanting to look other places.

This place is so slow and they purposely have incorrect numbers on their board. They say they are serving patients they aren't. They leave the walk in patients waiting longer on purpose. The lobby was empty with no patients inside and they still did not call the one stand by patient. I could hear them on personal calls while waiting and still no service. Do not use this location..it is just rude.

I got treated pretty well considering they kept hitting me over the head to make an appt next time! Okay, i get it! Then they completely somehow removed my husband from the cue who was right after me and took another walk in after him! No apologies! Just told him to sign in again! He was so pissed we left! Really piss poor customer service!

Don't go there Horrible customer service Bandera rd. location sucks, they don't tell you about the little trick the Kiosk plays on you if you are a walk in and need to be seen. you are forced to use a Kiosk which any person without an appointment would choose to make a walk in appointment on the Kiosk, what they don't tell you is you need to choose to be added on the standby wait list which is under more options when you get to the point on the kiosk that says appointment time, the horrible people in the back know that you didn't choose this and they are in the back laughing knowing you are waiting in the lobby like an idiot and could care less. I know they know this because they addressed me by name when I asked why it was taking so long and they said you didn't fill it out right on the kiosk. They must seriously be miserable people to have such poor work ethic. if you are a walk in it should automatically put you on the standby list especially if you checked the box that you are waiting in the lobby. I will never do business again with quest diagnostics, I truly look forward to the day they go out of business!!

We had an appt f/my oldest son, but we decided to try a walk-in right at opening. We were told up front the schedule however the tech will do everything possible to get us back as soon as possible. We did have to wait about 45 min, but again that's self inflicted. The communication from the tech as she called back other pt's was paramount and exactly what you'd expect from a company. I'm not sure where all the bad reviews come from tbh. Have realistic expectations and don't ask for special treatment, there is no reason we found to not rate this location as we did. Tech's are knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and fast. 5 stars!Oh and my 16 year old fainted after just one vile. The tech's quickly stepped into action and followed protocol. Very impressed. Son is of course, gtg.

Find another lab...any other lab. The technicians literally hide behind the door. No one to talk with upon entry as the front desk window has been closed off, permanently. Directed to kiosk to make an appointment. Hope you don't have any questions, because no one will help you.

I was so nervous to take my two year old in for a blood draw, but Lupe & Albert (I hope I’m remembering their names right) were SO patient & gentle with her. They eased my nervousness, & although only one person was needed for the blood draw, they both stayed to help ensure my daughter was comfortable & prepared. She didn’t shed a single tear. Thank you for the great, painless service. Things have changed for the better at this location since I visited last & I would reassure anyone bringing in their child that they are in good hands. Thank you!
