A few weeks ago I had a bad experience with a teller being rude and dismissive towards me. I figured they were having a bad day so I just smiled, completed my transaction and left. Then today my wife is in the bank and is treated rudely by the same individual. I'm glad she decided to report the attitude problem. This is the first time ever that I have received rude treatment in a bank. In my experience, banks have always held the highest standards of customer service. Apparently not this bank.

I would avoid banking here. There are fees associated with auto moving money from Savings to checking for bill pay.Recently came in to request a new debit card. We had a natural disaster at the home and put the claim money in the RBFU account. I requested a new card which they CANNOT make at any RBFCU location. I requested a rush and was told it is $45 and would still have to wait for it to show up at the branch.In short they do not work with the people banking at their institution. We will be transferring banks to avoid dealing with this kind of service.Lastly they are not supported on Apple Pay. Even the other small credit union we use can be verified on Apple Pay. Again just avoid dealing with RBFCU.

Horrible for online businesses that use international transactions. Constantly fighting with them and their customer service wasting hour of my work day repeatedly. Also can not send international transfers online or over the phone any more. I’m looking into new banking options for my business.

This organization is full of thieves. Everyone already struggling and not enough money to get groceries. RBFCU takes out your money calling it fees and stated the bill has billed it several times. This is a lie and the vendor confirmed since they had already been paid. 100s of dollars they have taken from us and put us in the predicament we are now in. Multiple people spoke to and absolutely no help. This life is way to short to do people that way. They also lie saying hey let’s get you an account with us so we can get a auto loan setup for you in a few months also a lie. Leaving as soon as we can.

Massive props to Peter, the teller, at RBFCU Boerne today for doing a spontaneous field trip experience for 5 kiddos today. We are taking time this summer to dive deeper into financial education with our kiddos & Peter went above & beyond for my family! We will be opening a total of 10 accounts this Saturday thanks to Peter’s stellar service in helping to educate our kiddos today! Peter needs to spearhead a new tour program for the company to educate youth on the importance of financial education! Sincerely, members for life!

Awesome Credit Union! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I have never had any issues at this branch. I won't go anywhere else to do business. It is so convenient and never busy. I love this Boerne branch!

Absolutely horrible. Extremely rude staff. I work for USAA and if we were to treat our members the way the staff at RBFCU in Boerne treats people we would lose our job. RBFCU Boerne staff was very dismissive and rude the moment we walked in the door. I cannot believe for such a small town location that they act that way.

Just wanted to get a more recent review in here. So far, everything at this RBFCU location has been super convenient. Big purchases were easy, moving funds in different accounts were easy. Getting my pay from work was almost instantaneous when I deposit it. Overall a great experience

This bank is phenomenal, actually all of the locations are. We frequent the Boerne branch mostly. My elderly mother and myself are always treated well and our business is done fast and efficiently. I am really sorry that the poor reviews are on here and wanted to say that I have never had a bad experience at any branch, let alone Boerne. They definitely go above and beyond. Thank you for being kind and helpful.

Not the friendly stop in and get help with your financial needs that would expect from a local credit union. Everything has been reduced to a transaction even before COVID. Time to transact with another institution.

These people are nothing but helpful with situations you might have. As someone who didn't have almost any credit to my name they were more than happy to work out a bargain with me on a personal loan. Good bank, good people.

Made appointment for 4pm at the branch...only to be taken into a room and placed in front of a computer screen; and begin waiting in a phone queue. Been waiting for over 55 minutes now.. I have too much to do to sit here for this and that's why I made an appointment. So I essentially made an appointment to get into a line on the phone. No human will help me. Not a happy customer by any means. RBFCU used to be great. So sad to see how they treat members now!

We should have read the reviews before going into this RBFCU. The low rating it gets is truly indicative to what we experienced. It is amazing that it will allow you to join if you are simply put on a company's email list. But, being a veteran and a federal government retiree does not qualify you to join. Absolutely amazing. I would not join if they paid me.
