Salvador DOBBS opened it's doors in 2018. After a life long dream of bringing only more to Boerne and the Texas Hill Country, we decided to capture the night life our our small quaint town.
Our sister lot next door is Little Gretel Restaurant, where Executive Chef Denise Mazal and daughter, Veronica Mazal Brown opened their doors in 2009, serving authentic Czech and traditional German food. Little Gretel however closed its doors 2023.
Salvador DOBBS was former Toyshoppe & Knitting store, Ewe & Eye (business stayed in the family). After almost 30 years of business we shut the doors and remodeled the building to become Boerne's Night Life Spot!
