Great service from, and compliments to Matthew Rice at Security Service FCU in Boerne. My wife had her debit card hacked 4 times over a period of 24 hours. We went into the bank where Mr. Rice resolved the problem and issued a new card in a timely and efficient manner, bringing us great relief. I’ve been trying to return a call to a particular associate at a particular branch for hours, SSFCU’s number I.e. branch number, call center is worthless. You can’t reach the branch, you can’t get a live person and it disconnects you. I’m starting to wonder why I bank with SSFCU.
