I am a recent employee here and just want to note that i worked a total of approximately 15 hours and only got paid for 6.72 hours. So from my personal experience and opinion I would like to encourage others to have second thoughts if you are considering a position here

Went to the Smoothie King in Boerne Texas. Since it was my first time I needed help with a special drink because I am a diabetic. The girls were so so helpful and very very friendly. KUDOS!!

Sherry, manager at this location, is not polite to customers, she often times has a bad attitude. I’m not sure why she works there, it seems like she hates her job. I could hear her yelling at other employees through the drive-thru and when i asked to use my discount she let out an upset groan, and when I inquired about a deal I received in my gmail, she seemed to not have heard of it until I paid full price for my smoothies.TLDR: bad manager(sherry), good smoothies,

Really really hit or miss, sometimes the smoothies are to die for and the perfect consistency and flavor, and sometimes the teenagers there are extremely rude and seem like they just want you to leave with smoothies that are as watery as fruit juice.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Always a friendly smile, amazing customer service, and smoothie is always made to perfection. If you've ever had a bad experience at a different store, the Boerne location can surely change your mind. I come several times a week and have grown to love the staff dearly, zero complaints and they will have my business for life.

Smoothie King Boerne has made great improvements in their customer service and smoothie making! I used to frequent this location, but about a year ago, the service and quality had declined. I recently started coming back this summer and the customer service is top notch!Today, my husband and I went in for two smoothies and the customer service was amazing. They were pretty busy with both drive through and in store orders, but all staff, Kaitlyn, Danny, and Grace were hard at work and being so polite and respectful.The taste of our smoothies were so good! One complaint we used to have was the grainy texture and either too bitter or too sweet tasting smoothies. This time, smoothies were made promptly and were delicious! We will definitely be making it a point to come back more often!

The people in the morning are great and so efficient and kind!..but at night I would not recommend coming. The workers are teenage girls screaming and took 10 minutes getting my one small drink out…THERE WERE THREE OF THEM!! Plus they were being even more unprofessional by burping so loud. Disgusting!! This place is amazing in the morning, but it’s a different story at night.

Placed an order online at 10:50am and arrived to smoothie king and my smoothie wasn’t ready and waited almost 30 mins. Very slow service
