One of The worst customer service experiences of my life. My husband and I both upgraded to the new S23 a week before traveling to have good communication with our family when we met up at the events we were going to. The whole weekend was a nightmare of unable to place calls, or receive calls or texts reliably, interrupted internet service, dropping our GPS connection resulting in causing us delays & camera malfunction and more. When a product or service fails, it happens, and expect the company to help customers to make it right. How the company responds is everything. Unfortunately the Boerne stores response was unprofessional and unhelpful.When we returned to the T-Mobile store, we were told by Luke the rep that set up our phones, it was because an update was needed, which he had not bothered to inform us when he set up our phones, that with the S23 it is required for us to manually go to settings and check for updates. Serious flaw with the S23, if this is the case. Luke was arrogant and unhelpful at best.

Got to the tmobile store at 7:45 pm on July 14 the door was locked, and there were closed 15 plus before state business hours to close at 8. Need assistance with my services but couldn't because they decided to close early not happy at all unacceptable.

I am so excited about my purchases! Outstandingly quick and efficient at this location, to the point that I rushed to leave a review. Absolutely phenomenal experience. I felt like Johnathan (General Manager) held a high IQ, really knows what he’s talking about, and is exceptionally helpful! I’d give this T-Mobile location a six star review if I could. Round of applause. Impressive ?? Highly recommend.

Nice people and staff. However, when setting up my new phone (iPhone 13Pro) the staff did not setup the esim card. This resulted in nearly 3 hours of no cellular data and over 1 hour of talking to T-Mobile technical support to figure it out.If you get a new phone here, ensure the employee sets up the esim card for you or you will run into the same frustrating issue that I did.Very bad first experience with the new iPhone and T-Mobile support.

I picked up a new Iphone on Potranco Rd. on May 31, 2022. It was defective for four days. No phone, text or navigation icon, no audio, no emails. everthing was blank on the screen. They were to send me a new Iphone to the Boerne store as this is where I recently moved. My family called the store on 1375 S. Main with no answer. I drove over there close to noon. I asked if my new phone had arrived. Natalie (filling in)stated she had no idea. She looked up my account and said, the manager had to deal with it. She could not help me. I asked for him. She said, he was out looking for apartments. She told me to come back in 3 hours. I was crying and told her I needed to drive to Dallas for my grandson's graduation. My mother had passed away and so I was really looking forward to attending this special day. I returned 3 hours and 25 min. later. She informed me he was still out looking for apartments. I asked her if it was for him personally and she replied. Yes. I asked if the mail had arrived with my phone and she told me no. I asked when will he be in? You asked me to come back in 3 hours. She said, he is still looking for his apt. I was crying and left. I drove over to the T Mobile on Bandera here in Boerne. I asked for a manager. Johnathan listened to me and saw me crying. He told me he would call the S. Main store. Again...no answer. The Asst. Mgr looked up the tracking info and saw my phone arrived at 12:24kpm that day. He put in a call to the district manager. He told me to return back to the other store as the manager (Eddie) was on his way. I returned and Natalie started to see what she could do. The other guy there was a newbie and didn't even know the Street address there. She started updating the new phone as I stood for hours. I finally asked if there was a chair. Eddie (mgr) arrived at 5:56 pm. He had been out all day long as I waited and waited with a completely broken phone. I left the store at 6:52 pm. I sat in the parking lot and cried. There was no way I could leave all alone to Dallas as I still had to drive home and get my things together. I ended up missing my grandson's graduation. I cried and ended up with a Migraine over something that should have never happened. The only one who apologized as I walked out was Natalie. Eddie never even came to apologize for him conducting HIS PERSONAL apartment search on T MOBILE company time!!! I will never return to this store ever!!! Johnathan and his staff showed concern over my situation and they all saw how upset I was and crying. I have been a T Mobile customer a long time and Eddie is a poor excuse of a Manager;. NO STARS for S. Main location.

We have been in the store twice recently. First, to switch over our own accounts from Sprint to T-Mobile. The second time, I took my mother into the store to help her do the same. Both times, we worked with Dustin and he is outstanding. He is very courteous and helpful and he made switching so easy. We ended up with 3 new phones total and he was definitely instrumental in our choice to upgrade. He made sure were were completely switched over with no loose ends regarding our old Sprint accounts. He also went above and beyond by making sure every scintilla of information switched over to our new phones and everything was working perfectly before we left. Switching phones and providers is always a tedious process that takes some time, but Dustin really made it a nice experience and I felt confident we were "good to go" when we left the store. Great job Dustin!

If there were zero stars they would get that. Worst ever! Shut off my Sprint service that worked, Rolled me to tmobile service that doesn't work (sep.7 till today) no service. Not bad service NO service. Sold me phones they dont have. Cant tell me when I will get my phones. Refused to help me when I went in at the direction of customer care. Bad mouthed there customer care rep. Dustin is his name. Stay away from that l***** Lazy, rude, incompetent. Update: 10-9-21 Moved to PuretalkUSA. works like a charm, strong signal everywhere!

20 yr Sprint customer here.Mike and staff were great! friendly and pleasant experience!I was having service issues with the tmobile sim card went to other store in san antonio and they were no help , these guys figured it out and fixed my issue in 10 mins ! great customer service! these guys rock!
