Soo I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw at the beginning of June and didn't last 2 weeks went back to return it in the manager on duty was completely rude wouldn't return it because it was dirty then referred me to take a brand new chainsaw to the Husqvarna dealership instead of him working with the customer POOR customer service I will not be returning to this store

Very nice and helpful people but the inventory lacks appeal stock some items but not enough to finish a job
I recommend going here for supplies for the farm

Thanks to Sean and his Boerne team! They went out of their way to locate a utility cart in their storage shed that we had wanted to purchase. They took their time, even with a busy store to locate the cart and never complained. They were very helpful every step of the way! We highly recommend Sean and his great team. We will keep coming back. Thanks Sean!

We love our Tractor Supply. All the employees are nice and ask you if you need any help upon entering the store. The cashiers are always nice too. Store is well stocked and clean.

We stoped in on 11/28/23 right before closing a gentleman named Kyle at the front register was so helpful and kind!! Nice job tractor supply!!!

Love this store! They always have whatever thing-a-ma-jiffy I happen to be looking for. The staff are always knowledgeable and ready to help. (Thank you to their garden people!) It's one of those, " I really don't need anything but let's just stop in and walk through anyway." Kind of places.

Manager Albert is argumentative and rude. Had a delivery and I had to use my own dolly and help the delivery driver. Albert didn’t care, not even an apology for the experience until I said all I wanted is to let them know and get an apology, then he was still rude. Get it together TSC.

I’ve shopped here a few times I needed tools or something quick, it being smaller than home depot or Walmart makes it ideal when I know what I’m shopping for and confirmed they have it via the app.It’s a country type store in a country type town, so expect hospitality, unless you come in with attitude. They’re nice if your are nice.

Tractor supply is exactly what you would expect for product selection. But at this location, the people are always very nice and very helpful. Also getting propane tanks filled here is super easy.
