The guys there were a complete delight to deal with. They know their products and all you have to do is tell them your price range and what type of product you want and they can give you a lot of options. You'll enjoy the experience.

Wow, wow, wow! I had to find a gift for someone and James provided me some great options and went above and beyond to help me navigate the website to get the gift ordered and delivered! If every business had this kind of personalized, customer service, no business would ever go out of business! I will definitely be adding James with Twin Liquors - Boerne to my preferred vendors list!

Staff suggested a vodka that was as good and much cheaper. I bought some of my regular vodka and some of what he suggested. I may not like the vodka he suggested... but I really appreciate the fact he was looking out for the customer. Me. I will go back to this place because of the guy behind the counter.

Twin Liquors has really disappointed me the last few times I visited them. The last time I went it was 10 minutes prior to closing. As I parked my truck, the associate on duty helped a customer to their vehicle with a couple boxes. As I get out of the truck and start walking to the door, the same associate, now finished with the other customer, walked in the door 25-30 feet in front of me, locked the door and promptly walked away. Irritated, I got in my truck and left. I thought about writing about this and decided to let it go and give them another shot at a later date. Well last week was the "later date".I will preface this with the fact that most people that know me, know I don't wear a mask. I have several reasons as to why I don't, and I am not going to get in to that here and now. I walked in and within my first two steps the associate promptly/hurriedly asked if I had a mask. I politely told him I did not, and he followed with, "I will give you one." I declined his offer and told him why I don't wear one. He rudely snapped, "Well then I won't sell you anything and you need to leave." I told him, "I guess I will spend my money at another liquor store." Then walked out the door.I get that it is their right to refuse service to anyone. Well it is my right to let people know how a business treats their customers, and now their previous customer. Now I don't spend an exorbitant amounts of money on liquor, but when I have gone to this location in the past, I have not gone in for a bottle of Jack. I am always looking for the next bottle for my Bourbon, Scotch, or Irish Whiskey collection. I have purchased several nice bottles, i.e.. Balvenie 21, Blantons, Red Breast 15 just to name a few from the past year. Well I guess I will go buy my Don Julio 1942 somewhere else this week.If you live in the Boerne area, I would highly recommend that you take your business somewhere other than Twin Liquors in Boerne.

Wouldn't allow me to enter without a mask even though I informed them that I cannot wear one. Lucky for me Specs Liquor is literally across the street and respect people's right to make their own health decisions. They're also super helpful and nice.

Ok selection. Staff is rude and they are mask Nazi's. Go somewhere else. In Boerne there is now a Specs and Don & Bens gives military discount. No thank you Twin Liquors

Employees refused to sell to 2 disgustingly rude and disrespectful white privilege women for not wearing masks!!! Good for them. My patients are dying alone in the hospital. COVID-19 IS REAL!! Thank you Twins for enforcing common sense safety measures.

If it weren’t for Will and previous good experiences at this store, I’d be giving it a 1 star review. Will is friendly and helpful; he is knowledgeable about drinks and has always gone above and beyond to help me choose one. However, Emily is a disgrace to the company. At first glance, the poorly done pink hair already seemed unprofessional for any workplace, but she was both extremely rude and hostile to me as I jokingly said that I couldn’t wear a mask as I pulled it out to put it on.I put the mask on, but she proceeded to be hostile and rude to her coworker and started talking about my husband and I IN FRONT OF US to her coworker, who apologized to us.I hope the company makes better decisions when hiring staff in the future and avoids mannerless people who chase the customers away.

I was passing through, and needed some Jack Daniels, so I stopped in. I was greeted at the door by a man asking if I had a mask. Noticing that I did not have one with me, I told him that I did not. I asked if they had any. He said yes. So I stepped inside with him to get a mask. First I’d like to mention that the store appeared to be over populated in order to maintain the proper social distancing guideline of 6 feet. So I was dodging customers, and employees. Before I was able to put the mask on, an employee came out of the back, yelling across the store, demanding me to put my mask on. She was being so loud and obnoxious, I thought she was joking. By the time I realize she was not joking, she was standing about 2 feet away from me, talking very loudly for everyone else in the store to hear.As I tried to explain what was going on, she kept talking over me, as to drown me out. Then another employee walked up to me from the other end of the isle, and started in on me. I was shocked at what was going on. If they were so worried about me wearing a mask, they should have given me space, stopped harassing me and allowed me to put my mask on. The second employee made the statement that he was going to have to “get hostile with me”. I immediately took that as a threat. So not only was I being harassed, but threatened. This all happened in about a 5 minute period of time. I told both of them to back away because I felt threatened, and I would protect myself. I also told them to give me space, and I would put the mask on. I told them this multiple times. However, they did not and would not comply with my wishes. The first employee walked past me and elbowed me in the stomach. It wasn’t hard, but it was enough for me to know she meant to do it. When I said something to her, the second employee told me to take my business elsewhere. I took my mask off, threw it on the floor and left. When I called to get the names of the employees who had harassed, threatened and assaulted me, I was mocked, hung up on, called a liar and yelled at by the “store manager”. I do a ton of business with twin liquor, but after this, I will never spend a red cent in another one of their stores. I have never been treated this way as a customer in my life. I should have called law enforcement, but I wanted to give their corporate office the chance to handle the issue. I don’t know why this happened. I don’t know why they felt the need to do this to me. I asked to for the surveillance footage to prove that I wasn’t lying, but I was told I couldn’t have it. So now all I can do is complain, and spread the word.
