Called and kept getting another country answering the call. They barely spoke English and kept me on hold over 20 minutes, then transferred me 2 times only to put me on hold again. Told it would be another 17 minutes. Life's too short, so I hung up. All I wanted was an estimate cost to ship something. Smh

Customer service was outstanding. Super happy with Stuart!! He was kind, patient, helpful, soft spoken. He didn't seem upset that we were not exactly ready or that we had to do a few returns.
