I had 2 separate packages of different species live insects being shipped. Both said on the box to hold at the post office. Neither were held at the post office and instead shipped to my door to sit in the blistering heat.

Been at my location for more than 20 years. used to have a really good mail carrier, because he was local and knew the area, but the post office itself is horrible. God forbid you need to reach someone over the phone. I am currently waiting on 17 packages that say there is no access to my location. Guessing the light on the road with construction is too much to handle and decides it is easier to say there is no access. I go to and from work everyday, pretty sure there is access. I have been calling for 2 days and NO ANSWER. Unfortunately it is the only Post Office here.

I was waiting for a package that needed a signature I made sure I was home so as to not miss the delivery. It was raining off and on when I tracked the package it said: attempt made no access to delivery location. In other words the person delivering did not want to get off his vehicle to come to the door and knock. I wish they would have sent it through UPS or FedEx I would definitely have gotten my package...

On nearly a weekly basis, I have to call the Boerne post office to speak to the supervisor about my mail carrier's failure to properly deliver mail. I get notices of items that have been placed in my mailbox, but are not there. I call and within a day or two, they miraculously appear. I spend hours each month tracking my mail and packages because my mail carrier is incompetent. Despite routine calls to the post office, nothing improves.

Thank goodness we were just mailing a letter. Easy to use the inside drop box. It was very busy and there is never enough help.

Zero stars 10/10 do not recommend going here. This is the same post office who employed a thief that stole mail for over a year. That says a lot. Not very intelligent workers and the supervisor is even less intelligent. Our carrier had an accident and apparently can’t remember how to do her job, closed our mailbox and said it was vacant. And no one told us!! The supervisor tried to blame me for not picking up my mail for 4 days and caused the box to be full. How does a full box one time equal a vacant box? I called the number on the form and had my mail redelivered to the main post office. I had to talk to a postal worker who asked me if I had called the number on the form, which I had cause you can’t get your mail redelivered without calling. I got my mail. A week goes by and no mail in the box again. I go to the post office and get nowhere. They sent an incompetent “supervisor” out to speak to me. He tried to blame me and said they wouldn’t mark my box as vacant unless 10 days went by and we hadn’t picked up our mail up. Explaining to him that only 4 days went by, not 10, and he wasn’t hearing it. He told me the conversation was over and my mail would resume but all mail they had been holding was sent back as undeliverable. I told him his carrier is at fault and he doesn’t want to take the blame as per usual for federal workers. He refused to give me his supervisors name and repeatedly said the post master was out indefinitely. The actual worst post office I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to.

I have complained about this several times the mail was left in the top box, not in the lock box and the door was open mail-in the street.!!

I'm still waiting on mail that is important! And haven't received it in a week even tho informed delivery let's me know what's coming. I see the girl in the jeep with all the ducks putting mail but haven't seen her in a long time. I haven't seen anyone put mail in my mail box and it just so happens I'm waiting for a check since last week. But nope nothing. Thanks a lot for the horrible service.

Do NOT use this postal office and if you need to use a different receiving address. Clearly the postal office carrier delivering the packages is either stealing or not doing their job correctly. I have had 2 packages say “Delivered in/at mailbox” and no where to be found. Upon reading the reviews, it’s clear that they’re not fixing the problem. Save yourself money and do not get anything delivered/receiving using this postal office.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The mail service in this area has become completely unacceptable, and it’s causing serious problems for us. My boyfriend owns a towing company and is missing numerous important checks and business-related mail also including personal mail and packages. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s affecting his livelihood.
On top of that, we’re constantly receiving other people’s mail, including packages and important documents, and I feel it’s unfair and completely unreasonable for me to have to drive around the neighborhood delivering mail that your carrier couldn’t handle properly.
This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. We expect reliable mail delivery—it’s the bare minimum of the service you’re supposed to provide. This needs to be addressed immediately, or I will escalate this issue to the USPS Consumer Advocate Office and higher authorities if necessary.
I highly encourage management to investigate the performance of the carrier(s) on our route and take immediate corrective action. Ranger Creek residents deserve better than this chaos.

Not that this review is gonna do any good!!! but I live out in Ranger Creek subdivision. We had this problem years ago and it’s back at it again with getting the wrong mail!! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve got somebody’s mail on a totally different street in my neighborhood!! luckily, we are neighborly love in our subdivision, and I always drop it off on their porch and vice versa but I did find out you can sign up with USPS to view what mail is coming to your box the day of but that does no good because there was a piece of mail in there that I was supposed to get which was a check!!! which got put in someone else’s box, which now I don’t know who’s so that does no good at all!! I guess we’re gonna have to start taking guard when the mail person is there and hounding it into them. Like are you dyslexia!! or what!!?? this is ridiculous how hard is it to check the mail and make sure you’re putting it in box with correct address!! just don’t throw the whole thing in there without at least double checking your work!!!!
