This is a regular stop that we rely on for rest stop, drinks twice a month or so. It can get busy but there is adequate parking.

January 11 2022 store closed at 6 am as they turned on lights and unlocked doors we approached only to be told “not yet” by the rude clerk lady so she can stand outside looking like she’s lost for 10 minutes after me and my employees waited since 5:30 am for her to reopen the so called 24 hr store

You know I really wish that this place can open on time!! Two time is a charm. Whomever manages the staff needs to have a serious talking to the employees who open this gas station. At 6:17 the gas station finally opened. 3 people waiting at the pump. There is a big issue in the workforce when tardiness is accepted and obviously since this is the 2nd time in a week it is the norm. We'll at least the light at the end of the tunnel... The Bigs down the street will hopefully have responsible employees who arrive in a timely manner and they will bring om some great competition. Hitting the pocketbooks of the owners might get an awakening.

Bergheim Valero has been having troubles for a while. There is always at least 2 pumps out of gas. The last 3 visits I’ve encountered problems getting gas… the first 2 times I left without gas, the last time I only bought $10 because the card reader didn’t work and the line inside was crazy long.One of the pumps showed signs of tampering. Bergheim Valero gets a lot of traffic $$$. Valero needs to bring this station up to par.

Covid-19 Procedures. Employees tonight 2/1/2021 7:40 PM didnt bother to ask THE customers to put on their masks when they entered into the store. They actually casually visited with them at check out. I also am sending in this complaint to Circle K. IF ITS POSTED, THEN DEFEND IT. I just had a close friend Die yesterday from this nasty Virus and people are still not following rules inside businesses.

Friendly & helpful staff, good gas prices, good product selection, even has a Subway inside with dining area, clean restrooms etc. I love stopping at this Circle K everytime I am in Bergheim!

1/14/2020 Wed. 7:15pm.. Nice, clean, different and organized aisles, the time we were there only one cashier was on and she was very nice the place was busy and about 4 or 6 people in line and she was getting no help, there were no complaints some people had groceries and some folks like me had groceries and scratch offs to cash in and some were there for gas and a drink or snack. Smooth either way but they didn't have the $1 scratch off of $1000 a week for 20 years! The hot dogs looked good! Lol we were there to pick up a free DVD/CD player my friend found on Craigslist! It was cool!

Store doesn't know the texas tobacco laws. I was told by the manager that i made up the grandfather clause when trying to buy pods. I'm 19 and have been buying here for over a year and was treated very rudely by the staff after the tobacco age changed to 21. Yet I went to another valero 3 miles away and they sold to me with no problem.Very very dissapointed in the gas station that I've been loyal to for years on end.

Awesome customers and awesome staff! My husband left his wallet there today when he stopped in on the way home from being out of town. Not only did a customer find it and turn it in, but Alex (the clerk there) went out of his way to make contact with my husband to let him know he had his wallet. We are so appreciative to both of them and especially to Alex for finding a way to contact us, rather than wait for us to figure out a way to contact him.
