I love this location, there is hardly ever a wait, and the sales associates are very knowledgeable about every inquiry you may have. Trent was my sales associate, he made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me. He also got me a great promotion, saving me a lot of money!

Now I don't like to give bad reviews but when we went there the woman that works there was already rude from the beginning. I mean she treated us like she didn't want us there. Why do you work in a customer service job if you don't want to talk to people? Now let's get into the knowledge she had. She had very little knowledge about her own deals and wanted to sell us a phone for a lot of money when there was a deal going on where we could have upgraded to an iPhone 15 as long as we upgraded to a cheaper plan and stayed with Verizon for three years. Why do you want to sell someone something for $500 when they can get it for free and a lower monthly fee? This seems to be some kind of scam where she wanted to get a higher commission out of us.
At the end we went to the store at the Rim that was very friendly and worked for us. They were welcoming, knew all the deals and didn't try to scam us.
If you have any Verizon needs, drive the extra mileage and you will be happy.

The one good thing i have to say is nothing about the store itself. The engineers team gave us 5gUW upgrades in our area. Service is now great. I'm very happy with the upgrades. Shout out giving props to the Verizon engineers. Now about the store and the reps every time I go into the store, I always feel unwelcome and treated like I inconvenience to them and you can tell they hate their jobs. If you don't like your job, get a new one, don't take it out on your customers.

Best experience I have had looking for a new phone! Trent helped me and made it such a smooth and easy process! I had 101 questions and he was able to help and answer each one of them! If I go back for anything I will definitely be asking for him again!

Today Nicole was amazing and so helpful. Her cheerful spirit helped me get through a tough situation!! She was so patient and kind and offered me help on other questions I had that were not even related to Verizon products. Ask for Nicole!!!

I went in and Cray who goes by Nae Nae , at the boerne location I went in she didn’t know much about her job , she was very unprofessional she swore the whole time . I was given my bill and when the true bill came it was 100.00 false advertisement she didn’t give me the correct information. The reps on the line do not know how to help me . They barely know there job no English whatsoever. Very frustrated no one can help . This is horrible all I want are answers and nothing .This is the Boerne location in Texas

Samuel Fowler is the bomb! He was so thorough and patient w me as I had lost my phone and running up against so many road blocks and decisions to replace my phone and potentially upgrade my phone as well as my sons. It was an insane process that would have driven anyone else mad and lose patience. His level of knowledge, kindness and patience was stellar and I’m so grateful. Thank you Samuel.

Worst transaction ever...I just lost patients with the entire matter.They know what they said ..they know how I was supposed to billed...and they know how I was billed at the end..I just got tired of it..Just waiting for my contract to expire..and I'm out..Absolutely terrible...
