I went in and Cray who goes by Nae Nae , at the boerne location I went in she didn’t know much about her job , she was very unprofessional she swore the whole time . I was given my bill and when the true bill came it was 100.00 false advertisement she didn’t give me the correct information. The reps on the line do not know how to help me . They barely know there job no English whatsoever. Very frustrated no one can help . This is horrible all I want are answers and nothing .This is the Boerne location in Texas

Samuel Fowler is the bomb! He was so thorough and patient w me as I had lost my phone and running up against so many road blocks and decisions to replace my phone and potentially upgrade my phone as well as my sons. It was an insane process that would have driven anyone else mad and lose patience. His level of knowledge, kindness and patience was stellar and I’m so grateful. Thank you Samuel.

Worst transaction ever...I just lost patients with the entire matter.They know what they said ..they know how I was supposed to billed...and they know how I was billed at the end..I just got tired of it..Just waiting for my contract to expire..and I'm out..Absolutely terrible...

Young lady employee was singing and using two pens to beat the desk like drums while she was working with my 83yr mom to replace a phone that was stolen at Walmart. I was with my mom who lives in assisted living and I live in SA. trying to help her remember pin # and info she needed. This employee didn’t take any time to talk to an elderly customer to treat her as a human. More important to keep singing. When she clearly didn’t know what she was doing and was frustrated she had to redo it all due to not talking to her customer and finding out her needs. Her attitude was horrible and I will assume it is because of her young age and not knowing what customer social skills are. I asked for a manager to finish working with us since it was now 1 hour of working on the insurance claim on her stolen phone. She was insulted and became rude. I told her she had a bad attitude and I wanted someone who knew what she was doing. Her reply was I was the one with a bad attitude. Needless to say I refused to work with her. The manager never looked up or said anything so I asked the other employee to please help. He finished it and was very helpful. I am so disappointed in the poor service I got from the young lady and even the lack of care from the manager. Your employee needs to be trained in social skills and how important any customer is for a retail company. Take interest in their needs and talk to them. Save us all some time.

I went to the store they didn’t want to help made me wait for 1h for another agent to come instead of helping me, I only had Verizon for only 2 weeks and they gave me a plan I didn’t want and my monthly payments was supposed to be $80 when the bill came it said I owe them $165. I was told that I have to pay this exact amount which I don’t want my 2 weeks with them my service didn’t even work that’s why I canceled them.

This store is an absolute customer service nightmare! I have been lied to. My phone bill is so screwed up by this store that I don't know if it will ever be right again. First it was double what it was supposed to be and after several calls to good ole "Brandon" at the store, now it's only a third more than it was supposed to be. I called Brandon, the salesman, 5 times. He will not return my calls. So I then called the store manager. After both of these people clearly acknowledging that there was a problem, now neither one of them will call me back or tell me what's going on. The Apple Watch I got doesn't even work. So, I completely give up on this absolute nightmare of a cellular store. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these frustrating, ignorant, children. The manager, "Rufus", has the leadership and management skills of the Unibomber. Today, I'm going to call Verizon itself. I'm sure that they will tell me that the Boerne Texas store is an authorized dealer and not a corporate store so I must work it out with them. Which is a total joke. I had no idea whatsoever that wasn't a full blown Verizon store. The only signs on it say Verizon. They are all the same signage as the Verizon stores. Inside, it looks just like every other Verizon store as well. There is no way for customers to know they are not dealing with Verizon. And to think, I went in that store just to get a new battery in my iPhone and ended up being convinced with lies and deceit by our salesman to buy two new phones and a new watch that doesn't work. If he would have told us that my bill would be anything close to this high, I would have walked out. But I wasn't given a proper choice because I was lied to.

In the perhaps 15 years I've looked to Yelp for recommendations, I've only written a poor review a couple times ... well, here is #3.Unacceptable, terrible experience with this store. In late December, I took my iphone to this Verizon outpost in Boerne and traded it in for a new iphone model. I physically handed over my old device in exchange for the $800 Verizon trade-in offer (without that, I'd pay the entire $1100 new phone cost over 3 years). A few weeks later, I discovered by my Verizon bill that no trade-in was acknowledged, so I called Verizon corporate and they confirmed: no trade in had been submitted.I immediately contacted the Boerne store, which acknowledged they had put my device into a drawer and forgotten about it. No apology, nothing. I went back to the store to speak with the manager who didn't apologize (he seemed to think I should understand that the employee tasked with mailing the device to Verizon is also a 25 year old student and so it was just one of those things) and he refused to refund the $35 service charge his shop charged me for the service. Fast forward to 2 months later...I've spend a total of 16 hours on the phone with 6 different Verizon corporate support agents, none of which can solve for the problem. They acknowledge that the device was eventually shipped by the Boerne store to Verizon, but the trade-in cannot be acknowledged because the delay by the Boerne shop (coupled with Verizon's HORRIBLE systems/infrastructure that is either intentionally or negligence deficient for solving the simplest issues such as pairing up their own documentation of receipt of trade-in with getting that information into my account -- they blame the Boerne store for it's 2-3 week delay, which sent it all into the black hole...both Verizon corporate AND the Boerne store are equally to blame for sure).The Boerne shop was dismissive of my frustration, refused to credit me their fee despite causing me all this hassle and wasted time and energy. I'm still not sure whether the billing issue -- we're talking $800 is at stake here, as I continue to be billed monthly for the phone without that rebate kicking in -- has been resolved despite 2 hours today that I wasted with yet another Verizon agent on this matter.DO NOT USE THIS VERIZON STORE. Incompetent and unwilling to apologize for their failures, let alone try to assist in helping to resolve them or to offer a refund of their windfall of fees charged for their horrible service.

I have been to this Verizon location a few times now, and my experience has always been excellent. I wanted to leave a review for David Baumgart to thank him for the help the other day with my new iPhone. I ran into some issues activating my replacement phone and David did not hesitate to take time out of his work day to make sure I got everything sorted out. He was knowledgeable, professional, and effective, which helped ease my frustrations. I recommend visiting this location and asking for David for quality assistance.

yesterday i bought my first phone. i phone 13 pro maxSlaton helped me and my grandmother and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! and made sure she understood everything!! gave me more options than any moblie network, for a better price! He made it simple, easy, and happy as buying a new phone always should be. This guy deserves a raise!!!
