I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt many times but I'm just here to say I wish I could give 0 stars if I could. I have not had one pleasant experience here with the pharmacy. Too many examples to count but happy to share the details of them all if needed. This is the first negative review I've ever left anywhere, it is honestly that bad.

In reality zero stars...if you want to be called a liar or told you "misplaced" your medicine that was shorted you (by 60 tablets) this is your place.Worst service I've ever encountered.Worst so called manager as well. Disgraceful. Walgreens, do something about your Pharmacy Manager!

Every single time I come here I regret it. This time was no different. Had a prescription sent in by the doctor on Thursday, they told me it wasn't ready yet. Came to pick it up Friday. They told me they didn't like the doctors directions on it and needed to verify. Tried to pick it up again on Monday. They told me they had just gotten it and still hadn't filled it yet and that it would take half an hour. Went back four hours later and they still don't have it and told me it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow.

I received an automated phone call letting me know that my prescription was ready. I drove to the pharmacy, waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes, only to be told that my medicine wouldn't be ready for another 4 hours. I explained that I had received the phone call and waited in line already and was told "well, it's not ready" before the pharmacist turned toward the computer and refused to acknowledge me anymore. My doctor told me to call around and see which pharmacy had my medication in stock. This pharmacy told me that I can't get that information over the phone and that I have to drive to each Walgreens to ask in person if they have the medication!! Don't have the time to go on this side quest

Go to river road or rock pharmacy. These people are useless and slower than humanly possible. Constantly tell you there's a prescription ready and don't know what you're taking about.

Went to get passport photo yesterday. No one in photos so I went to look for someone. A male came around the corner and I asked if he could help me with photos. He grunted and sighed deeply and said " Well I was going to help cashier." I could tell he was very annoyed. What is wrong with people in a job were customer service is everything! I don't use Walgreens much but I can guarantee I will not use them again...at least not the Boerne location.

Terrible slow pharmacy! Feels like you're at the dmv just waiting to pick up a prescription. Takes over an hour in line for pickup. DO NOT COME HERE!

WHY is it so hard to get a paper receipt? It's beyond annoying and what makes it worse is when you ask for one the clerk acts so dumbfounded and says they can't print one. Not everyone wants an email. I refuse to go into this Walgreens ever again. Save your time and got to Walmart or HEB since it's less expensive there too.

Slowest pharmacy ever. It took me 40 minutes to check in for Covid vaccine. And I was second person in line. There were no complications with check in, just slow.

Came to get a Covid test , drove around several times looking for where to go for the test because the confirmation email does not indicate location. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment. i sat in line for 15 min to be told that I was in the wrong lane for the test and that it shows in confirmation email. Which I re read not once but 5 times looking for where it indicates where to go. It absolutely does not indicate where to go. Plus no signs then had to get back in line to the other window waited an additIonal 20 mins in the right lane. to be told I was late for my appointment. Wow this is horrible!
