I work in a medical scheduling call center and have worked in customer service and medical offices for 20 years. I have to listen to a random call of mine with a supervisor every month and they pick my call apart. I have above and beyond good customer service. I think it's the only thing I'm really good at. One 3 min call I just had with a gentleman at this location would've gotten me fired at my job. For 1 whole min after we had already been talking, he stopped talking. I was just saying hello, hello, and he wouldn't answer. But I could hear he was still on the phone and then he just came back later like nothing happen and just kept repeating dates when I was asking a couple questions. He didn't listen to me explain things, he didn't speak with any warmth or empathy toward me as the patient. Instead made me feel like a bother and a burden to do his job. No explanation was given to me on why one of my meds was just canceled by their office. I struggle with medical issues and bad days and of course computer errors but never does it give me the excuse to act like this towards patients while I'm at work. If you can't handle it, get a new job. I ended the call confused, worried, insecure, scared and upset. If you are a medical professional, you know that's the opposite of how you should make your patients feel. Do better, Walgreen's, or close up shop.

Mass confusion - you call at different times and you get different answers as to whether they have the prescription or not.

Placed an order for a banner to be printed. I received the email that my order was ready for pickup and made the 20-minute drive to pick it up. When I arrived I was told that there was some problem and that they should have called me. The girl at the register was smirking as I was obviously frustrated. They told me there was no time to expect it to be finished, but likely around an hour and a half it would be done. No effort to try and remedy the issue with a discount or anything, except an apology under a smirking smile. To top it all off as I got in my truck to drive away, the guy who seemed responsible for finishing my project quickly walked around the corner for a smoke break.

Wow, this place has a slew of 1-star reviews! We're from out of town, needing a couple things we forgot to pack. This place was right across from our Motel 6 and it had everything we needed. We were checked out quickly and competently and the cashier was friendly, to boot. No issues. (Plus they had our favorite candy on sale!...)

Waited on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. I finally hung up. Drive 40 minutes to the pharmacy and now have been waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. Finally someone came to the window, of course the medicine isn’t ready. I can not stand this Walgreens. It’s horrible.

Drove 45 minutes for a rapid Covid testing and mind you my appointment was confirmed only to be told that they didn’t have any more Covid testing kits?? Seriously what a joke and a waste of time they should figure out to make it unavailable if they are out of stock. Know I have to figure out something different after already having driven 45 minutes thanks a lot Walgreens

Wasted my wife’s time and spoiled perishable groceries. Had her wait an hour, only to tell her they couldn’t find the product. Sent her to back to HEB, but didn’t transfer the prescription by fax. Wife is waiting for the fax to be made while her groceries spoil and the pharmacy is about to close. Not cool. Be better.

Long lines. Incompetent and slow staff. Horrible attitudes. I regularly wait 1+ hour to pick up a single medication because the staff is slow and they treat me like I’m an annoyance to them. Avoid this place like the plague.

I am giving 5 stars to the staff at this Walgreens, particularly the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy REGULARLY has only 1 person to service the inside counter and 1 person to service the drive thru, so there is ALWAYS a ridiculous line. Is Walgreens trying to pad their bottom line by being chronically understaffed all the time?!? Then, the pharmacy staff constantly apologizes to customers for "the wait". it's not your fault. You are doing the best you can. 4 registers, 1 person -- unacceptable.

It used to be a nice pharmacy. Not any more. Constantly missing the prescriptions, abrasive employees complaining about short staffing. Bad. Just bad.
