Like most people, I shop at Walmart about once a week, spending about $175 - $260. All staff were always helpful the few times I needed assistance. Some even went out of their way, to stop what they were doing and walked me to the exact location. It wasn't necessary but it was appreciated. One afternoon, I was in Boerne, TX, and stopped at the Walmart there to pick up my groceries etc. Everything was fine until the end of my purchase when I remembered that I needed about $50 in cash. D'oh! I had kept reminding myself the entire shopping experience to ask the cashier for the cash. And, I had forgotten. Golly gee! I had paid by Credit Card and since the transaction was completed when I told the cashier of my dilemma, she told me I had 2 options. 1 was to wait until the next transaction was done, make a small purchase & do what I forgot to do previously or go to their "Customer Service" where they could help me right away since there was no one there. Easy enough, we were directly across from there & there wasn't anyone there except for 2 employees. Immediately i went there, expecting a simple transaction & off I'd go. Imagine my shock when the woman I approached looked at me as if I was crazy to ask for a cash advance along with a purchase. I explained to her what had happened, that the cashier had recommended to go to "Customer Service" but she wasn't listening. She saw my cart that I had made a substantial purchase but she said no. WTF! Later that day, I wrote a similar letter to Corporate or what I had hoped was Corporate. The response I received a few weeks later was from someone who told me that they had a special form for me to fill out. He/she enclosed the link. They got exactly what they wanted. You could imagine what I told them.

Store 1126 in Boerne, TX. I continually see NON-SERVICE animals allowed in the store. Today a woman was carrying a chihuahua in the food aisles. The dog was urinating as the woman shopped. She didnt clean up her dogs mess, nor tell any associates. So pee trailing up and down aisles. This has to be a health code violation. Walmart employs greeters, so they should be able to enforce a no animal policy.

What is the Walmart definition of customer service? Well it only applies between 8am-8pm. Basically to hell with anyone afterwards with a return from two hours ago. Is it a difficult concept to provide customer service during all business hours? The store is open from 6am-11pm, why is "service" limited to 12th?

Not sure why this service came up in Google, the phone goes to a menu system of Angi Services and then back to Walmart in general. This is not a direct contact provider, but maybe a 3rd and 4th party referral process, that did not work when I tried twice.

These reviews are hilarious they leave one star because they believe they are all that matters but I guarantee you that at their own work places they are not a 5 star business. Walmart runs out of stuff because it's a store they don't have your name down somewhere with stuff YOU need it's a supply and demand system if they don't answer the phone it's probably because they are busy like lots of stores they are not always packed with employees. So if your upset because they don't treat you like a princess TOO BAD be an adult who told you life was perfect and fair? How would you feel if they went to your job and acted like you guys are on this app. It's pathetic!

I am leaving this rating not for the store but for an individual I believe to be a stocker at the Boerne Superstore named Matt. I came in there this morning which is highly unusual as I always shop at H-E-B but they were out of the only cat food my cat will eat and Walmarts website said they had plenty. When I got there I was surprised to see that they had finally updated their service carts for us handicapped individuals as the couple they had before were terrible. Anyway, I get back to the pet department and lo and behold there was none of the cat food I was there for. So I start asking around and I finally see Matt working. As soon as I address him he immediately stands up, comes over to me and gives me his utmost attention. I asked him if there was any chance they might have some in the back. He takes a picture of a box that's very similar to what I'm looking for and starts crawling on the ground (something I can't begin to do) and pulling out boxes to check behind them and after awhile of doing this aye caramba! He strikes hold and finds exactly what I'm looking for. He got all dirty, he crawled on the ground, and he did it all with a big smile and showed me the utmost kindness and respect. That not something I see that often anymore. So, if the managers at Walmart Boerne, ever see this, you've got one hell of a good customer service rep in Matt. And if it matters, this was August 21st at 6:20am 2022. That MATT. thank you Matt, you made my day and furthermore you made Willows day. She was getting desperate. Lol.

Yesterday I tried 3 times to get help in Sporting Goods since they lockup the items I wish to buy. Never got any help because the person that works there was not working that day according to the manager I spoke to. Today I went to the Sporting Goods, and no one was there so I went to automotive and asked if they would page someone to help me, this page is supposed to be heard by all employees. Tried this 2 times then I started walking to the front of the store and met 3 employees that were in the isle near sporting goods. I asked them if I could get someone to go to sporting goods. One of them helped me. So, the radios they carry need to be put in the trash since they do not help the customers.

Walmart is fine, but the Texas Lotto machine there steals money. Three people in a row had ~ 30% of what they put in the machine stolen. The machine said "Error". Bad enough we are being robbed at the gas pump, now our own government is stealing from us. Buyer beware!!!

I hope you don't ever need to get a hold of anyone here because they do not believe in answering phones. The ones that do answer have no clue what they're talking about. Anyone else sell bikes in boerne?

It seems like none of the prices on the shelves are correct. Can the manager get off their rear and fix this? I don't work here and don't get an employee discount so why am I ringing up my own purchases? Then when the machine malfunctions I'm looked down on for not using it properly?

Utterly unorganized, unsupervised, and total lack of security which makes this Walmart unsafe and a horrible entity to shop. My family was viciously attacked and many watched as we were erroneously and aggressively attacked. We called the police. Be careful as these days you never know when someone will wrongly accuse you of something they dream up in their minds and viciously attack you. People beware. We've never been through something so awful which you wouldn't quite expect in a town such as Boerne, sadly anything can happen anywhere you go these days. Be safe and God bless.
