I feel like that this bank is completely disorganized and they all looked confused and the manager is just standing around and not helping customers while the line is 7 deep.. Unbelievable

My husband who is not from this country went with my son to open up a checking account, for my son. They made and appointment and waited 2 hours to be seen while , (Boerne wells Fargo employee) either sat at his deck or helped other family's(white) that walked in after my husband with out an appointment. My husband responded by patiently waiting, because he didn't want to embarrass our son. Thanks Wells Fargo of Boerne for teaching my son his first lesson in racism.

WF used to be wonderful. Terrific to work with. Ever since that mass scandal from ten years ago, things haven’t been the same. I know there’s been a mass exodus of employees, namely in it’s Wealth Management Division. I wouldn’t be surprised if within five years it implodes & goes the way of the Pony Express, which would be rather ironic.I took the bulk of my money & went to another bank & only kept a small amount there for the sake of convenience. This bank better shape up & get its stuff together.

Every time I have business with this branch it is a hassle. Came in today to pay off an auto loan using a partial insurance payment. It literally took 1 hour and 50 minutes to make this final payment. After 20 minutes with the inside teller trying to tell me my loan wasnt through the bank, but rather Wells Fargo Auto (didnt know there was a difference), I was told I would have to speak with a loan officer to pay off. After a lengthy wait for the officer, he said he would have to call Wells Fargo Auto since auto loans are no longer part of Wells Fargo banks. I sat in front of the loan officer for an hour while we listened to hold music play before someone finally answered. I go back to the bank where I took out the loan and this is what I had to deal with. No more for me. I'll go to a normal bank for loans in the future.

My wife and I stopped in to open a retirement rollover account and were greated by one of the bankers, Mario Trevino. Due to the nature of the funding, we had many questions and Mario was able to answer them all, either himself or by reaching out to an associate. He even stayed on the conference call with the brokerage to ensure that everything went smoothly. Great experience! Thanks Mario!

Even though I stopped by to close my account, Mr. Pope was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Had to work through some issues, but did so with no hiccups.

I hate banking here. Awful hours for drive through... never enough tellers... I dread having to deal with them. The employees that they have are nice, but bank is poorly run. I keep saying I’m going to move, but haven’t yet. Need to find a hometown bank that actually cares.

Great service at this Wells Fargo. I've been a member since 2005 and this location has taken good care of me. Never super busy. Staff is always friendly. Was able to help me get a medallion stamp which it's hard to get sometime.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 10 years now and this branch has the BEST customer service out of any that I have ever been to. They go above and beyond to get me in and out even when they are busy. Dustin helped me out when I was having issues with my checking account and they always make sure to find a way to make all transactions go smooth! I've used 4 other banks and have closed all my other accounts besides Wells Fargo because no one else has been able to touch their level of customer service or convenience options.
