The manager, Allen Hughes, is one of the most pleasant and helpful people I've encountered at ANY store, ever. Any proprietor should love having him as an employee. He made sure we had everything we needed and obviously loves his job. Great store.

Just a quick note to thank Allen Hughes at Sherwin Williams in Crystal Beach TX. We go in all the time, from painting the complete outside of our home, to just grabbing an extra tube of caulk. The customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful, even though the store was very busy. He greeted each customer as they entered the store - some of whom he called by name - letting each of them know he'd be with them as soon as possible, making each of us feel as though we were the most important client of the day.
