BEST experience ever!!! I homeschool our children and noone has ever asked me if I was a teacher for discount until now. I’m so pleased with the time Josh took to walk me through my bill & troubleshoot our issues and solve them. This will be my ONLY AT&T store I go to. Thank you Josh!

My phone was stolen and I had no way to access any if my accounts, so I had to go to the at&t store to file my insurance claim. Johnathan helped me file my claim, and when my replacement device arrived I had to take it to him bc I couldn't activate it without access to all of my accounts. My phone is my only device, and the whole experience was a freaking nightmare, and Johnathan helped me get through it.I will be back soon so Johnathan can sell me a tablet. Thank you very much!

I walked into the AT&T store here in Bonham a few days ago and was welcomed with open arms. I live in the Dallas area and whenever I go into one of the stores there it’s always busy and you never get the help you need because they are in such a rush. The manager Ashley and her employees all took their time and helped me out in such an amazing way. It was such and amazing experience and im willing to travel over and hour to visit the from here on out.

We had to wait a while but when it was finally our turn we couldn't have asked for a nicer assistant. She wanted us through everything and really knew her stuff. Knowing it was an elderly lady and she couldn't hear half of what was being said. The employee was so kind and patient.
