From the moment I met 'Jaden' in sales at 'Bonham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep' while looking for a new pickup, all the way threw the purchasing process to 'Tony' the GM of the Dealership, was a great experience. The entire staff from sales to finance and the service departments 'ALL', were very knowledgeable and professional making the process very easy. I am not a fan of dodge, Chrysler, Mopar only jeep and with all the engine troubles they have been having with those engines I'm not even sure about those now. The old jeeps were great. But the people who work at this location are good people and work hard to provide great customer services.

Bought an amazing Ram dually from Jaden here. Had great service, Jaden was able to answer all my questions, and the price I got it for was the best in Texas. I drove about 500 miles to get it. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good vehicle at a good price

The process of buying the car was great. There was only one hiccup, which was the refund for a cancelled extended warranty. When the issue was finally discovered, the refund check was cut very fast . Chad did a great job of helping get the issues fixed

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This dealership completely wasted my time and money. I drove 6 hours after confirming with the sales agent the same morning that the car I wanted was available—only to find out it had been sold weeks ago. Instead, they pushed me into a base model of the same car, and once I paid it off, I discovered the title was (a LEMON).
This was dishonest from start to finish, and I wouldn’t trust them with another dollar.

The car is ok. There’s a leak in the washer fluid line so it holds no fluid at all. One of the Sun visors is broken. I still haven’t received my registration.
