Nothing is in order and it smells like a boy band was burned as incense. Like someone was target shooting full bottles of axe body spray. Left nauseous and dizzy.
I left this review 8 months ago and nothing has changed. It can't be healthy to breathe and work in there. I paint and there are less fumes.

It's a fun place to go the stuff is pretty cheap definitely worth going for the new manager that has taken over I'm sorry but you can't tell somebody they can't look in the trash that's the only thing that I can tell you you won't have the manager position very long people throw away some good stuff they can be used I really wanted to say something to her but I held my mouth I disagree with someone telling you you can't look in the trash unless you have a fence around it the last time I went they told me people pay their rent by digging through the trash and trust me I believe it you would be amazed at what Goodwill throws away for random people so the next time I go to Goodwill well I'm definitely going to have to say something to her other than that my experience is good

This used to a pleasant and affordable place to shop locally that hired local staff members. They were always friendly and helpful. What we saw today was disheartening. The new staff was running down the previous workers and bad mouthing them openly in the store in front of customers. They wouldn’t help the customers that asked for help. They were downright dismissive of the workers in the back unloading. It was very cold and unfriendly. There wasn’t a welcome in or anything sort of gesture. I miss the previous management and it’s sad that it’s become so commercialized and the hand up philosophy doesn’t seem to be present. I understand the market is changing and it is a business, but charging full price for donated items isn’t helping the community.

This has got to be the WORST shopping experience my life. My husband and I came in for the first time today and we were uncomfortable the entire time. 5 employees on the floor and they blatantly followed us everywhere we went. Tons of customers in the store yet every employee was always on our aisle. No matter where we went someone had eyes on us. We didn't have big coats on, no big bags, nowhere to hide anything had we stolen any of the items they got for their sham nonprofit for free. We often Google the prices of things to see if goodwill would be ripping us off or not, I'm pretty sure they thought we were resellers. On top of that, our phones were working fine when we got there until we started being watched like hawks but suddenly they stopped working after they got their eyes on us, as did everyone else's phones in the store so I believe they turned on a scrambler which is a felony offense for any business. When I asked how much a purse was that had no tags on it the lady looked at it and said it was 10.00 that they hid the tag but THERE WAS NO TAG. Every other purse on the rack was 5 bucks so she blatantly tried to scam me. The employees at this store should be ashamed of themselves. I will never come back and I will make sure everyone that I know stays away as well. Shameful goodwill of Bonham, SHAMEFUL!

There are lots of good stuff to buy, clothing, toys, frames, and random articles that are useful, and prices are just unbelievably inexpensive, and they are in good condition, some still have the designer's tag on.I was very satisfied with the purchases I brought in

Lots of merchandise fairly well organized for so much in available space. Found good deals. Friendly, helpful staff. Great signage over clothes....better than most. Easy to find plus sizes. Busy place, too. Will go back.

My daughter and I try to make the 30 mile trip to this Goodwill store at least twice a month. It's a smaller store, but we usually find good stuff. We enjoy looking through the store to find the "color of the week" tagged items for the 50% of discount. The color changes every Sunday. We went today, on a Thursday, and the store workers were pulling all of the red tag (color of the week) items off the shelves and racks. I asked one of the workers why they were pulling the items already since the color doesn't change until Sunday, and she replied with, " I do what the boss lady tells me!". I don't think it is fair of them to advertise a 50% off color tag and then take that color tag out of the store four days early. The Goodwill prices are incredibly high as it is, and many people look forward to being able to shop for lower prices. This is the 2nd time that I have gone into this Goodwill when they were pulling the sale colors early.
