The owners of Bonham Best Storage, are the nicest, kindest people. I never had to worry about anyone or anything happening to the unit's I rented. It's a very well protected facility.

It has been almost a year since we cleaned out our storage unit here (and we did actually clean it out...left nothing in there and swept), and they have still not refunded our deposit, plus the prorated amount for moving out early. We've spoken with them by phone a couple times, and they always make it sound like it will be mailed out, but it never is. We've left messages and emails with no response.
